Hello brother, I hope you are doing good.
I use those apps as a way to find someone to date. I know they can be a double edged sword, especially when too much time is spent looking at triggering pictures.
I try to use them in a healthy way, only as a way to get dates. But today unfortunately I didn’t use them in the right way.
I’ve set a time limit on those apps, so next time I will be forced to stop using them.
Instead of looking for partner from an application, do consider going out and getting one in real life it would be a better option It’s just a suggestion so that your mental health can get better too!

I feel ok. Sticking to a daily routine makes me feel better.
These things have helped me so far:
- Work out as much as possible and set fitness goals
- Avoid junk food
- Limit screen time. Use app/corn blockers
- Keep a journal. The support I get from RC is great
- Spend time with family and friends
- Focus on work/study
These activities keep me busy and away from temptations.

If you are only finding girls who are triggering there then chances of finding the right girl there are very low . If you aren’t promiscuous then leave such sites and find the girl you deserve irl and get married , you will find her because the love which is meant for us always finds a way to enter and stay in our lives , may you find the deserving girl soon and be happy forever !
