I’m trying to stay busy with study and workout. Still feeling low though.
Try to eat enough nutrient rich food and also do intermediate fasting (like waiting for the next meal for 5 hours) it will help you.
I try to avoid processed foods. Also I don’t eat much meat just because I do not like the taste much.
Which foods do you recommend?
I’ve never tried intermittent fasting, what are the benefits? Is it recommended to fast for 12 hours am I wrong?
Anyway how are you doing brother?

Energy is still low.
I’m trying to figure out a morning routine.
Nah I don’t recommend doing intermittent fasting for 12 hours, After waking up early in morning Drink water and do workout after that take a cold bath then you can eat curd (without sugar) Don’t drink water right after or before eating food wait for an hour.

I’m trying to stay busy with study and workout although I still lack proper motivation.
Working out today was easier, I felt more strenght.

Looking back overall it hasn’t been a bad week but I still feel drained. One step at a time things will get better hopefully.

1 week without pmo, no peeking. My brain is starting to clear. No benefits so far, except that I have more time to be productive.
I am also limiting screen time and I feel my mind is more clear without spending all that time doomscrolling.
