Still no benefits, also poor motivation today. Iām trying to stay on the right track and keep myself busy. Trust the process.
Day 12 check in.
I had urges to relapse last night and couldnāt sleep but didnāt give up. Today I struggled a bit with limiting screen time and wasnāt focused but eventually completed all the tasks for today. Usually when I struggle to focus whole day is ruined, but today instead it didnāt affect me. I think this is a little improvement.
Day 13 check in.
Almost 2 weeks, overall I feel a little better.
Day 14 check in.
I enjoyed spending time with other people today. These are the things I want to enjoy. Infinite times better than looking at corn alone in a room.
Day 15 check in.
I am coupling nofap with dopamine detox. I enjoy simple things, maybe it is a sign that dopamine receptors are healing.
