I have been meditating for 6 months - 40. Minutes a day. Meditation also helps a lot.

Goodbye ■■■■…you have given me a lot of pleasure but that pleasure depreciated my life experience… Goodbye ■■■■ it’s been a long relationship…5 years but now we break up. I am getting over it. It has been 4 days…
Not many urges at this point
Feeling a little better than before
Meditated for 20 min today (usually 40 mins)
I have to wake up early…that is something I have to work on.

Good for you not having urges by now. Be regular at what you do like time of going to bed, time for work time for food… and don’t postpone things. You can be great!

Yeah…I am working on making a proper routine…Till now I.have only managed to get meditation into a habit…many more things to work on…I’ll start by walking up early…and then like you said I’ll work on food and work timings…

6 days without pmo…
It feels good.
Whenever I feel a slight urge, Instead of relapsing or opening p*** website I open this app, here I find support and motivation to not give in.
Although urges are not very frequent, but even a single urge has the potential to make the number
6 to 0. I’ll keep on observing the urge as they come, I don’t suppress them because I’ve noticed that the more I suppress, the harder it is to get through.

I have also joined the “no jerk June” challenge

This is the 7th day…
Currently I am only doing meditation and nothing else…
I need to add more things into this journey…
Any suggestions?

Work towards your goals in other areas of your life - finances, career/education, hobbies, relationships etc.

Pick the area that needs the most attention and work towards that first.

Don’t feel that you need to be doing 10 or 15 things at once, focus on what you can do and do it well.

It’s not that I feel like doing 10-15 things at once…
For me the hardest part is to pick one or to make a decision… Meditation was easy, since my childhood I had an inclination towards it…nobody had to explain the benefits to me it was natural to me…I’m trying to find something like this for my career something that feels natural but… the question is …how to find it? @Forerunner
