achieving something in meditation… is a long process it could take years just to properly focus on breathing.

Never do that bro. It will make our path harder to walk. Everyday be very conscious. A conscious-living is very important in nofap journey. Be careful about every choice you make. We have to be serious and careful till we reach 1000 days.

- Be aware of your mind, body and speech:
This will help you understand how external
influence is controlling us. For example when
you get angry your eyes turn red be aware of
such thing, not just body be aware of
thoughts and speech too.
- The second step is to keep you mind, body and
speech away from your inner instructions.
This will help you cut the habit of
expressing negetive emotions .
