Just lost my 10 day streak, I mean this is probably the biggest streak I had in months now, but still kinda sad. I am going to have to stay on alert on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, basically always to make sure that the dopamine hasn’t reinforced the habit. Today is rest day from work, and yeah, makes sense why I relapsed
The most important thing that men that are just starting self improvement need to learn, is to learn to take a loss, but at the same time, keep the same level of dissatisfaction going. Like, every loss should make you more and more dissatisfied, and each bit of dissatisfaction should propel you to more action. Tomorrow I will work hard as hell even more, I failed to reach dopamine detox goal for Sunday, which was to log off at 8 pm, and kept watching videos, plus I relapsed, and these things cause dissatisfaction, and I will grind tomorrow harder than on any Monday ever in my life. Tomorrow’s goal: 6 hours work.

Also I am going to have to start preparing for provincial exams which start in less than a month, which is a pain in the arse because I can barely concentrate on schoolwork.

The reason why I didn’t work for 6 hours after school was because I am going to try going to bed earlier than usual, and try getting 8 hours of sleep instead of 7 hours.

I kind of stopped updating this because the social dynamic at my school has been draining all my energy. I decided to just stop giving too much attention to them. The only reason why I even hangout with these trashy people is because my parents pressure me to, always insulting me for not having any friends. I rather take the insults than keep hanging out with these trashy people.
Today I relapsed. Had so much work, so much responsibilities, and gave that all up for pleasure. Well, now that today has been nothing but suffering, I am sure that this will destroy my desire for MO.

Going good brother Internet detox is very important.
I worked 4 hours after school on Friday, but we had lots of guests over so I decided to socialize and have fun instead. At my age though, I think socializing with the right people is just as important as hustling. Also, Friday was day 12/12 internet detox so I spent Saturday watching YouTube, and will spend Sunday watching YouTube. This is progressive overload for internet detox. Also it’s like day 9 of nofap.
