15 minutes of meditation done
Did 10 minutes Meditation today.
Donβt know how to like mindfully eat. In the sense , how many times should I chew before gulping etc.
Mindful eating means focusing on the meal , chewing it for atleast 20 times (32 recommend but 20 times is also fine). Feel the texture and taste and focus on the food only , no phones or TV . You have to do it atleast while having 1 meal.
I just had my dinner chewing 15 times ( as per Chatgpt ) , I guess I can consider this as a win for today . Will do 32 tomorrow.

Great . Ofcourse itβs a win. Btw minimum meditation time is 15 minutes, you got your points , because ik you will do it 5 more minutes before sleeping.
I will do 5 minutes pranayama in that case. Do let me know if its ok
