Bring Your Screen Time To A Total Of 3 Hours A Day.
Homescreen And Lock Screen Must Be Very
Minimalistic.
Uninstall time-wasting Apps.
Put away your phone during meals.
Prepare a schedule to check all your pending emails, messages, etc.
POINT SYSTEM
Success a day - +2 Points
Success for Consecutive days - + 7 points (Bonus)
Not Successful for a Day - 1 pont will be deducted

Count me in bro. My personal goal is to limit YouTube usage. I dont have an exact answer for how much hrs of Youtube usage is considered optimum.
If u can suggest me that I would be grateful.

Thank you so much. Due to some personal reasons, I was unable to get here.
I was also facing that issue and, now I am getting controlled on YouTube. Taking YouTube completely down is challenging and I suggest you to limit the usage by 1 hour or less.

Ok. Then my personal goal is like 1 hr of Youtube and 1hr Gaming. Total of 2hrs. If I exceed it , -1 point. Otherwise 2 points.

Yesterday YouTube 1 hr and gaming 30 minutes. So 2 Points.
But I do want to restrict usage of this forum too. So my personal goal will be
