Minimalistic.

:white_check_mark: Uninstall time-wasting Apps.

:white_check_mark: Put away your phone during meals.

:white_check_mark: Prepare a schedule to check all your pending emails, messages, etc.


POINT SYSTEM :medal_sports:

:medal_sports: Success a day - +2 Points

:medal_sports: Success for :seven: Consecutive days - + 7 points (Bonus)

:x: Not Successful for a Day - 1 pont will be deducted

Count me in bro. My personal goal is to limit YouTube usage. I dont have an exact answer for how much hrs of Youtube usage is considered optimum.

If u can suggest me that I would be grateful.

Thank you so much. Due to some personal reasons, I was unable to get here.

I was also facing that issue and, now I am getting controlled on YouTube. Taking YouTube completely down is challenging and I suggest you to limit the usage by 1 hour or less.

Ok. Then my personal goal is like 1 hr of Youtube and 1hr Gaming. Total of 2hrs. If I exceed it , -1 point. Otherwise 2 points.
