I want to do it but i live in hostel so its practically impossible
Plus I can’t sleep even if i tried … my sleep schedule has been fu*ked .
good initiative, everyone should sleep early
According to one of the Nutriontiost it takes 4months to alter sleep cycle
Off cause you can’t wake up that much early but you can wake up at
Atleast by 6 am even in hostel
I used to do same when i lived in hostel
That free wifi connection is going ruin life
So if you try nothing is impossible the word itself says i m possible
I don’t think that’s true. People with jet lag take 8-10 days to get adjusted to the time zone.
It depends from one individual to another but if taken permanent changes into consideration then i think that 100% true
What should i do? I tried fixing my sleeping schedule but i couldn’t sleep untill its 2:00 AM
And woke up at 7:30 AM
That wasted my 4 hours of study …
Is there any way i can sleep early?
Also i cannot turn the lights off as my roomate has to study
Do you use phone at night? Keep away from electronics for 1 hr prior to sleep.
I tried keeping my phone away 3 hours before sleep but that also didn’t help me
Try sleeping daily at 11 no matter what
Do that for one week i challenge you to do that

Once sleep time is fixes waking up automatically gets fixed
Workout at evening then. Would it be possible for you? It will exhaust you to make you go to sleep.
You can purchase eye mask
You have to just have get into bed start having bed time routine that will signal your brain that it’s time to sleep but you are supposed to be consistent

Just go out for walk that’s enough
It can be anything, simple running can help you too. You don’t have to do a lot, just 10-15 minutes. But make sure those are the most intense 10-15 minutes of your day.
It won’t be easy to continuously run for 15 minutes so maybe just do 5 minutes of running and then 10 push ups. That’s all you can do as a beginner.
