Yeah, i had to wake up to catch a bus

Tbh the only thing that reliably helped Me, was taking melatonin for a few days. The very think made to help adjust to the jet lag. I used it 6 hours before my intended sleeping time and it worked like a charm.
You can probably achieve the same effect with a week of strict sleeping hygiene, but melatonin is a shortcut with little to no downsides as far as I saw.
Now, I do need to say that I wasn’t able to fall asleep till up to 4 AM before that so, radical solutions.
