On may 7, when I reset my counter, I made a decision that next time onwards, I will reset my counter at once I consciously watch p. today (may 22) in the morning, I was in a flatline & I was fighting the urge but it overtook my mind. Then I watched some 5 to 6 bad videos. After that demon 
inside me tricked me when I headed to reset the counter. The demon said to me āāhey you can reset the counter after orgasmāā but thank God I didnāt pay any heed to it. Now I am going to take a bath & start a new journey. Previously My goal is Jun 1 & if I had reached it, I would have bought the premium version of an app which helps me in studies. Now I will buy that if I continue till June 5. I am having a mixed feeling of happiness and sadness bcoz I thought I will surely reach Jun 1 but the good news is that I didnāt orgasm, I am true to myself that I had reset the counter even at the slightest p and without waiting for O. I am grateful to all my friends here bcoz they are the reason for the reduction of my addiction from binging all night to this level.
For now I am not having any urges to O. But I am fearing of my worst enemy THE CHASER effect. I am eagerly waiting to hear all your intuitive strategies I should follow from now.
