It is time to live our life and slay this demon of pmo.
For years we have been a slave and have been trapped in this cycle of ■■■■ and masturbation, it has ruled over us all and made us a slave, made our life worse, made us lonely, sad and depressed but this time we no longer will be the slaves and this (pmo) is not our master…
We will break all the chains and all the cage and will let our beast inside come out and make this pmo our slave…
We will be it’s master, it will no longer rule over us!!
Join with me brothers and we will slay this demon of pmo for good…

So, brothers this is a challenge to better ourself…
B) ROAD MAP
The challenge will be conducted in short term (7-14 days),
intermediate (30-90days) and
long term (days> 90days) greater than 90 days
There are basically four categories…
- Weekly challenge (7days)
- Half mile mark (14days) and
- Monthly challenge (30 days) and
- The ultimate (90days) challenge…
The first person to complete this challenge will be the winner of winners…
Brothers, if anyone has a goal of 100days, 150 days Or ____ days can also join here…
Remember because to get to 150 days, you have to complete 90 days first then only you can complete that…
Eg. Say you win the challenge of 30days 5times
Hence you have completed 150 days
Or you took the 90 day challenge twice that means you would have already completed 150 days by the end of challenge!!
C) DETAILS

There will be (1-3) weekly challenge in the group per month.
It is up to you to participate in all the the challenges or any one weekly challenge.
If interested then add yourself in post 5. -
There will be (1-2) 14 days challenge.

The final challenge to be clean for total days of the month (1st to last day of the month)
Anyone who completes any of the challenge/s will be the winner and name will be announced in the group and also will be updated in scoreboard as champion/ champions!!
When joining the competition, you should add yourself in the scoreboard at the bottom (2nd post and if interested in upcoming or ongoing challenge add your name in post 5)
If you cannot do it, let me know by giving a reply.

Whenever you’re feeling negative emotions like stress, anxiety, sadness, anger, boredom, feeling of urge etc. Then,
Do activities like:
Meditation, brisk walk, listening to good music, dancing, singing, talking with someone, sleeping /taking nap, cold shower, reading a good book, watching a movie or a documentary, learning a new skill, prayer, comming and telling your urge in this group or any other group etc.
