Even after 3 relapse in 24 hrs (June 1-2), I didnât feel much Negative in last 3 days. And with Positive mindset Iâm back so soon. Starting with small challenges.

I remember this episode brother⌠Instead of Indrajeet is from Ravan side, but his last words he said to Ravan before going back to battle after knowing that Ram and Laxman are God itself gave me goosebumps.
He was a real worrier, HE SAID THAT EVEN AFTER KNOWING THAT HE IS FIGHTING WITH GOD, HE WILL FIGHT IN THE SAME WAY⌠EVEN AFTER HE KNEW HE CANNOT WIN IT.

After relapse I have energy but no motivation or interest to study why I donât know?
I read a triggering content in social media on jun5, which is not even related to porn but my mind dwell on those thought constantly fantasized
I consciously stopped it, but slowly spiraled into a relapse.

I totally agree with what my brother @selfconqurer said. @anon14496424 bro, become dead serious. If you are doing nofap for the benifits itâll give then you wonât be able to make it.
