Yeah you are completely true… I chant Lord krisnas name for 10 minutes at night which is magically helping me sleeping… After going through bhagwat Gita my mind has become very calm. God gives strength to fight the urges. And thing I learned from bhagwat Gita is that, we should not look for rewards . Doing all these things for rewards can’t help us. Also that video you shared is awesome!
