Still feeling bad cause of relapse. but still managed to get decent productivity. Writing this is proving a pain as im very guilty and feeling like shit, my resistance is going down, shit. But i’ll try again. I’ll try till i reach my goal. Today i’ve realized i was not being dead serious even if i said so, So now i’m pushing my limits, i’m dead serious. You were waiting for the dead serious me, well now you’re gonna see the true beast, who is willing to recover after bearing a severe blow, a beast who has nothing to choose but to win, just win, just win and nothing else, no more relapses, today i’ve figured out the root cause of my relapse and i’m gonna eradicate it for good. Ok so now anyone wanting a dead serious challenge, then let’s go. we’ll tell each other to kick our asses if any of us relapse, that was the idea that got me my highest streak

I don’t expect this from you. You were getting back on track.
But yeah, porn is just fucking poison that always lures us into pain. You can do this man.
I’ll tell you what I did. When urges hit, first I’ll take some deep breaths. If it’s a normal one it’ll pass. If it hadn’t then i’ll listen to some calm music. It really works. Keep a set of calm, beautiful music. Also bookmark some very motivational messages in this app. And read them when the fucking urges hit. Read and think about it.
Then stay mindfully, watch the urge. See it coming. Giving you pain. Feel it.

22 July Day 1
I woke up at 5, drank some water and sat on my chair for affirmations and visualizations, and then i don’t know when i slipped into sleep, to avoid this i’ll use a timer from tomorrow due to that morning nap i couldn’t do meditation and workout. After that i decided to get things on track and got to studies. Got through all other tasks well. Now i’ll track my water intake for sure. i quit gaming today, even though i was playing it in free time only but still it was influencing my other hobbies. i used youtube only for studies which was my target and other things also gone as planned. Today was a good day.

23 July Day 2
Well today was a tiring day. There was an event in my family, it was pretty big as we are a joint family of 20, all living in same locality in multiple houses. I attended that. I really enjoyed being together with my whole family after so much time and im grateful for that. I finished my work in the early morning and also got decent productivity despite of the event. Today I also completed my drawing, it looks nic.
Am not a pro at drawing but I like to draw.
Apart from all this everything was good

24 July Day 3
Well today was a fucked up day, i was not Productive and spent most of the time on phone, im also experiencing very soreness in my left thigh cause of workout 2days ago, it’s still not getting away. Cause of that I also had to skip workout as it’s difficult to even walk. I’m very dissatisfied from today. I have to rise again, and be on track or I’ll end up breaking my promise to you guys

Urges will come bro, when urges come I always used to forget the benefits I’m getting and relapse and same feeling of guilty. Bro don’t do like me . Your brain is trying to fool you.

The main thing is to be mindful about urge.
Mindfulness is the easiest and scientifically accepted way to beat any addiction bro
Be mindful about the urge. Look at it. See how it comes. What does it do to you?
Then listen to calm music, if you want. Take deep breaths. Be very mindful and vigilant about what’s happening.

26 July Day 5
So yesterday i didn’t wrote my diary. Yesterday was a movie night with my family and it was late, so i got to sleep and forgot about diary. Well today was dayoff. In the morning i watched some anime and then spend some hours talking to my uncles as everybody’s free cause its sunday. I was experiencing very severe urges in the morning but eventually i got hold of it.
Then i enjoyed this day. I reflected upon the previous week and realised that, i have to be more careful and vigilant. Now i’ll be tracking my water intake and include yoga in my daily routine, I’ll also make a counter here and one on my table where i’ll count how many times i destroyed urges and won. Also i’ll be more productive this week.
There is no waiting, if i wanna do it then i have to do it now. When everyone is watching tv shows wasting time, i have to work my ass off in this lockdown. That’s what beasts do. Hell yeah!!!.

CONFESSION
well i want to confess something. I was waking up at 5 am in a challenge but i from last two days when i was doing my visuallization i would drift off to sleep and then wake up again after about 1hr. I promise that i’m gonna fix this as soon as possible

27 July Day 6
Well i don’t know what happened to me today, i woke up at 5 am and was sleepy as hell, i was meditating, having a nap, i was doing pranayam slept in the middle, affirmations; slept in the middle, i was even sleepy in my dreams as well. Then i finally after 1hour of struggle decided to take a nap to calm the sleep down. Then i slept like a baby from 6 to 9. I did my routines but i’ll not count them as done cause i was nearly unconscious while doing them. Then I got a good productive and was productive throughout the day. I will try to counter it next day. About urges, there weren’t any.

28 July Day 7
Here gentleman goes my definition of an ideal day. This is what the true Beast in me looks like, hell yeah. I woke up ive done everything now I’m tired wanting to sleep and repeat this thing. This feeling of being a Beast is amazing. I finally reached my 9hrs of productivity. I’m glad I made it. I can feel power rushing through my viens.
I will keep this up. As for urges the fierce battle goes on, they come for me every single day at morning and at night, and I brush them off saying that no means no do whatever the hell you want I won’t budge. I’ll be right here, ensuring my streak.
