11 July Day 6
Today it’s weekend and i decided to put off some work and meet some friends, it was good, we joked, we laughed and went to temple together, it was a good evening i really enjoyed it. My friends told me that, when i speak, it’s looks like something importants gonna come out and my way of speaking is very fluent and sounds good. It’s a huge improvement cause from childhood i was seen as some wierd kid saying some wierd shit, but now it’s changed, they said you also look like a disciplined, well behaved person, while earlier i concerned about how i overeact or react childishly in situations, which i felt shameful even till now. Improvement is here guys.

12 July Day 7
Well let’s talk about today, i burnout easily so to avoid this i take sundays and putt off all work and do other things like household chores, help mom, room cleanup ,etc. so i didn’t worked today. i played games, watched movies. But i don’t know why i’m feeling guilty and miserable instead to happy, what i’m supposed to do, how i’m supposed to spend my sundays it’s so frustrating, outdoor activities are also limited these days, what should i do. I just can’t whitstand this feeling man. If you have any ideas then feel free to reply. I also have this problem that when i wake up early do my morning routine and start to study i feel sleepy.
Why everyone talks about getting up at 5 am why not 6 or 4 is there any reason, im inviting all my brothers to help me through these doubts im tagging them because i need to get this problem solved as soon as possible @Brahmachari_17 @Adioz @neo_150 @selfconqurer @_TIGER @Sahas @Tagore
You can do home workout. I have shared a link to the app in my diary. Also can follow your hobby.
You can also start reading books like autobiography of great people apart from regular study books.
About sleepiness, I think you should calculate amount of sleep your body requires, accordingly try to sleep early I think gradually your body will adapt it.
You can also try Toughest first rule-start the day with tough subject.

Brother… I have not faced such problem yet… In studies… I always feel sleepy when I do revision work…so Mostly I do revision with walking in my room or just standing like a teacher and teaching myself… To make it interesting.
I have figured out this way when I did analysis about myself…watched some videos and so on… Then I applied these kind of things to solve it
So try to analyze all things… What is that thing… or is there is something that you love to study etc… Also try to increase your time gradually
IDK the exact reason or any solution but in my opinion… if you are not doing your week days works properly… then due to this reason you may feel miserable even after you did what you have decided… Becoz in you weekdays you had not done your tasks as you have decided… But on rest day you enjoy exactly you have decided…so your soul(the real you) inside knows you don’t deserve that rest day or enjoyment.
Anyone see @Tagore lately he didn’t update his journal yesterday he’s usually online now but he isn’t , his counter says he didn’t relapse.
No I talked with him . He will never relapse in future. He is feeling upset and thinking about his future. He will come back like a HERO WITH 90 DAYS STREAK. . he is very excited about this…

Personaly i dont care when i wake up … i usualy wake up around 7 am.
If you wanna wake up early … go to bed early.
Avoid unnecessary stress. Enjoy life.
Same problem . So in my diary you can see " Cold shower before 7 am. And do exercise daily 1 hr

13 July Day 8
Well today was a pretty bad day, not waking up early fucked up my day and this happens to me a lot. When i wake up in the morning, i feel sleepy as hell i put my alarm away so i wake up walk to the other side of the room and turn off the alarm and then sit on my desk to stabilize but then i suddenly doze off and wake up at 7 realizing it’s already late. That hurts a lot but i’ll promise i’ll wake up early tomorrow and complete all my tasks. As for the studies, it’s posing difficult to me as i’ve just came to 11th and doing self study, but still i get a nice decent productivity, it’s like the difficulty is a bit higher for me, but im getting used to it. I hurt my head today and it’s still hurting and i hope it gets better tomorrow. Other things are also going well, just waiting eagerly for my 10th results. HOPE I GET GOOD MARKS.

Today in the book productivity superhero i’ve read something that i wanna share with you.
Effectiveness means doing things well, while efficiency means doing things well. If you have any of these traits doesn’t necessarily mean you have the other one too and practicing these two will improve you.
If you do an unimportant task well doesn’t make that task important.
The fact that a task requires a lot of time doesn’t mean that it’s important.
Things that kill productivity=
-Frequent interruptions
-Start and stop, starting a task and not finishing it cause you don’t have all the pieces to complete it, lack of planning
-Series of tasks unrelated to each other

I’m also in the same stream with maths. 11th was too much tough for me
I skipped all my classes in 11 th and 12 th. I was playing a lot of mobiles game at that time. I was not interested in study.
14th July Day 9
I am confused, today i done all my tasks and also studied much, although it’s not very much but still it’s good as I’m studying on my own and it sucks. I was done with studies for today in the morning till 12pm after that I played games for about an hour and after that I was striken with the feeling of guilt and ended up deleting the game. Then whole day went in thinking. I was bored but I didn’t had anything to do I was bored with work cause I had gone pretty overboard with it and ended up doing it almost in half time. I was searching for something that I could do but I couldn’t find anything, I felt empty very empty at that time and I don’t know what’s going on with me. Maybe it’s my mind craving for dopamine or is it something else just help me

It’s not that your brain is searching for dopamine…
When we are in a habit of pmo, time passes very fast as some time is wasted in searching, some in watching and then we feel weak and lazy after that, alot of time gets wasted in this, we don’t realize that (time moves very fast as we are trapped in this cycle)
Now as you are leaving this habit, you have plenty of time which you don’t know how to utilize (as you are not practicing pmo)
Even if you complete all the tasks by morning, you feel like you have a whole day to work on, this is happening because you are becoming productive and you are having energy to do more tasks but the problems is you don’t have many tasks to fill up this void (empty time) due to which you are getting bored and thinking…
You were on high streak last time, so slowly your brain was adopting in enjoying hard things (they were becoming easier)…
So, now all your tasks have become comparatively easier to do as your brain does not require that much energy to do them as these habits are becoming part to your lifestyle now…
So, I would suggest you can use this extra time in studying, or learning a new skill or doing some other task that you love or always wanted to do… It will be boaring and seem hard now, but slowly it will get easier (like other tasks that you are doing) and you will become way more productive and efficient…
