Day 1 Monk Mode
Well i couldn’t do all the tasks but I’m grateful that I started. I decided to go Monk Mode for the initial 30days. Well i cut out all ki nstant gratification things from my life and focused on things that actually make me happy. I listen to music though, it helps me to calm and it’s also a subtle reminder that world is beautiful. I’m going to write my why and motivating lines daily as my handwriting practice, this helps a lot. Im also taking healthy diet as to recover fast. I started going to terrace for 1hr daily as I love to observe the vastness of sky and power of the elemental forces of nature, it helps me to realize that my urges are nothing against this life energy within me. I will continue this routine, it’s a good one. By reading the alchemist I’m totally blown by this book, it has so much to teach, I love it’s concept of all things are just one. I can relate to all the omen things as I’ve also experienced them many times throughout my life. Self realisation is difficult to achieve but I’m working on it.
So today was a good day, Im grateful for this day.

22 August Monk Mode Day 2
Well ik having a lot of sleep issues, i couldn’t sleep at night cause of overthinking, it was difficult to sleep also urges were all over me cause of chaser effect. Now today I woke up at 4 cause I had classes to attend. I came back at around 7. I was drenched up in rain, so I didn’t took a shower as there were chances of catching fever. I drank some tea then got to work at around 9. Worked till 10 then I was drowsy as hell so I slept on my notebook for like 1.5hrs then got up with no intention to study. So I took this day off, now I notice my mind craving for stimulations, I only listen to music that too in limited amount. There was literally nothing to do, my mind was running rogue, I felt anxious, and couldn’t do Meditation. I guess my mind will get used to this in couple of days. My nature interaction and deep thinking is highly increased as I’m spending time with myself. Well my mind is so stressed that I ended up going through my phone’s settings for 1hr lol. Well i have to stop this. Monk Mode means monk Mode. I think I’ll see many positive results of Monk Mode.

Well today I’ve done all of my tasks but still I wasn’t able to study today. I was not in a mood of study, wasted a lot of time phone and done very little to no work. But I’m happy that I lived this day, that I was part of this world today. I was thinking about my studies, it’s been 5 months but I’ve still not done enough towards my goal, self studies are pain especially in 11th. Now I’m gonna maintain this momentum, I’ll be writing here rarely cause it’s time to focus on other things, I’ll just checkin and write when I’ll get time. It should not be a problem as I write my why daily on my notebook. Peace

Well today i was completely off routine. Today there were my relatives at my place. I spent the whole day with them, showing them around the city. It was fun I felt better, maybe that’s what I needed. From past few days I was feeling weak, no motivation to work, felt like urges will definitely defeat me in this state. I’ve got freshened up. Ready to give my all.

Well what do i say, it’s real hell. I’m completely exhausted, but also I have a sense of satisfaction and achievement, this feeling makes me go over it again and either way I have to keep this up for 20more days. I love this feeling, I feel like a beast. I also went to terrace to spend time with nature and it was awesome. Really looking forward to tomorrow.

Well too bad I have to put Navy seal challenge on hold, cause of cirvical pain. It’s really bad, but I guess I have to wait until it’s resolved. I’ll not be posting as my head hurts looking at the screen much

Well there have been some very rough and stressed things happening in the previous days, i had to take a lot of big decisions related to my studies. Was very stressed over. Now i am back to normal and im glad I made some good decisions. In life hard times come to teach us lessons, if everything stays fine, no achievement would be made, there will be no room for improvement. Therefore problems comes to test us, push us to become better so that we would face them better the next time and change is the ultimate truth of nature, who can’t change themselves gradually get destroyed, only the one who is most adaptable and embraces the change is truly great. As the quote goes “The measure of intelligence is the ability to change”.
I have found that, I take too much stress about a situation by overthinking, I get worried too often. I have to improve upon this, as it messes up my decisions in life. I have to understand the flow of nature, and learn to adapt to it, rather than taking stress and going hyper. As for the tasks i’m being careless here. I should not let my guard down, i should always remember where i came from. I should keep pushing forward. I made mistakes by going easy these days, but i’ll be right back on track form tomorrow
