Did awesome detoxxx. I went to camp and did one complete day full detoxxxx no mobile no internet no books just docus on natire and do nothing … 0 urges…
Discovery
Our mobile is main reason of of our urges if at all we use nokia 1100 mobile for only calls and place our desktop or laptop in hall or where people are roaming we will be much better

Sorry guys tried to do myself aline but failed. I think to cross at least 30 days group help will be needed. Some motivation. Also it is nice to have some accountability. I will start posting here daily now. People addicted with alcohol or drug this group talk thing. So i think same can be applicable here.

Tip ; first 30 days are toughest, try not to stay alone, or close doors windows stay where there is a chance of public exposure… Dec your lonely time… Hunger, don’t stay hungry it will waver your mind since our dopamine receptor are broken we will eventually go to PMO.

Day 1 , urges - 0, productivity- 40 %, gym is getting closed here again so will plan 1 hour workout routine for home.

Since i see many people use the same basic format for their daily routine like everyone almost trying to do meditation or everyone doing excercise, yoga, reading i think this app should add this planner feature here. Or do you guys knows any best daily routine planner app?
