I am a 4th year mbbs student
Since schooldays i am a topper,leader,politician,orator,cook too
But due to fapping since my PU days they made my life miserable and since on and then we always try to compromise with ourselves to make a relapse to nut out the things
It has been 1 y from today i have been trying but i failed
But i have never given up
The major thing that i face is
Most of the time i need to be alone and i need to read too but the frustration make that i wanna relapse
I wanna say it aloud that relapse donot pushes ur frustration but it aggrevates it
From today onwards will keep writing here

First make NOFAP a lifestyle and dont go for streak, it is just a number.
Second keep patience.
Third Dont feel depressed that you are alone. It is good to be alone sometimes, explore yourself. This time is given by the God .
Fourth surpass your own urges.
Fifth dont peek or take a cheat day for watching porn, it leads to masturbation and nightfalls.
Sixth Be happy, pray to god and study hard.

So, I know I joined in 2 days ago already, but I was very tired yesterday and today I had some work to do. Thats why I have not been able to study. But I hope that from tomorrow, Iāll be studying for few hours atleast. Its very hard to rebounce after going through a very dark stage of depression but I think I can come back to life. Itāll be better if I can be able to concentrate and study as soon as possible.
