Back on this platform after long break
Day 0 now
Ntg much to tell just the same things which every here tell after relapses
Will speak through my daily actions
Daily dedication
And daily discipline
Enough of the talks time to work :blush:

So to begin with
I’ll start focusing on 5 things which I want to inculcate in my life

  1. Wake up by 5 max
  2. No phone after 8pm
  3. Exercise daily
  4. Study at least 3 hrs on a busy day amd 8 + hrs on free days
  5. Max gaming and editing per day 1 hr

So unless I have a 30 day tick list in any activity I’ll keep journaling this

  2. No phone after 8pm❌
  3. Exercise daily :x:
  4. Study at least 3 hrs on a busy day amd 8 + hrs on free days❌
  5. Max gaming and editing per day 1 hr❌
    I know bad start but I was whole day out from morning 6 till night 9
    But I’ll try that next time onwards at least there will be one green no lesser than that

  4. Study at least 3 hrs on a busy day amd 8 + hrs on free days❌(presently 0 coz i had classes for 6 straight hrs and i don’t count them as studying )
  5. Max gaming and editing per day 1 hr✅(30 mins)
    So to any one if they have doubt how could I tick that I’ll not use phone after 8 at 7 only
    It’s because phone will be dead and I’ll put it on charge and I’m going for spiritual work from where I’ll return by 9.30 so I’m sure of it

Welcome every 1 to my what shall I say page
Do give this a read plzz
Trust me u will learn few things
So I’m 20 years now
Joined this forum at the age of 18
I wish I would have quit at that time
But itsk
So I joined this forum in Aug 2020 and then constant relapses so I had a thought
Let me log in using a new name and succeed
Why was I doing this?? I didn’t know at that time but now I do have the answers
I just wanted to feel the centre of attraction and praises as I was feeling very low
So when i was just relapsing and relapsing and relapsing i didn’t feel that high
So new I’d new name new start but always fail
I even quit the forum in between many times thinking i must do it on my own (this was an excuse to not to be accountable ) and then relapsed much moree
Thanks @ChristianMan and @Samaranjay for always motivating me :blush:(sorry if I didn’t mention few more names )but thanks to every one for being there for me
I entered into fee challenges but when I lost I again disappeared from the forum till those challenge makers forgot about me
Why the hell did I do
Fear of losing and upon that fear of being left out coz I wasn’t succeeding
But I didn’t see there hardworking of exercise, meditation, podcast , no peeking etc
I was expecting for a miracle to happen which never happened
But no more am I running away
Not from this forum nor from any challenge
Thanks every 1 to be there for me
I’ll rise soon😊(this time I have to)
Dont ever make the mistake of quitting this forum

From now on I’ll tell what I did during the day
Like I played games etc
And also will set targets for next day a previous day And will be accountable for that too

    Mindlessly browsing 1hr

1.As notes
2.auditing 2 lectures + revision of chapter
3. 1 he of assignment work min

There will be at least 1 tick in the tasks to be achieved
So no phone after 8

Hello guys
Hope u all are doing great
Lately after my 7 days i relapsed more than 4 times on that day
More than 2 times the next
Ome time every day till yesterday
Felt like let me relapse one more time today
Now i felt one thing true
Just once more just once more and this will keep repeating unless one puts a stop to it
Not relapsing today
And also not doing any of my tasks from the time i relapsed
So back to habits and this time ill take it slow
1 habit at a time for the first week
The habit i choose is
Physical exercise (anyform)
So getting back on track

Also i have decided to share what i feel about certain topics which do influence our lives a lot but still we overlook it
Starting with data comsumption (internet)
How many of us used to use internet b4 the present type plan changes that happened b4 few years (unlimited data or something)
But how have we ģot hooked to our devices due to this
I who used to rarely use phone
Now im hooked to it
I who barely used 500 mb in a month (usless usage)
Now i cant digest that there is unused data in my phone , my moms phone and my dads phone
We thunk internet is important
Especially i do think it is coz it will help during emergencies
So lets break down the emergencies
1 a family member ill(will they send whatsapp message or call)
2. I need to urgently do assignment and cant wait for hotspot(then i dont know how to manage work and time because if i knew how to manage then it wouldnt come under emergencies)
3. I will miss out on instagram or facebook feeds of other people or ill be left out of society
(Using them im left out)
Give oher reasons and if u do agreee then share ur other reasons

Heyaaa
Just wanted to tell u guys the most recent almost half an hour back incident
But b4 that
Today will touch 2 days so happy
Also couldnt go jogging from last two days due to assignments and programmes in town
Also lack of sleep presently so all i can think of now is sleeping
So i have been under house arrest (not literally the meaning )
But dur to lockdown and then failing back to back in ca inter so no job nothing
So while being at home dad and bro are providing for the family while i m enjoying the sweet pie which is being served to me on my plate
So i meet just regular bunch of people who are so sweet as we know each other
But today i finally went to my clg to submit the assignments
Though i was at fault in doing the assignments
I was screwed so damn badly that i was about to cry right there
Thats when i realised that i live in a fools paradise
The teacher who screwed me did so for my mistake which i couldnt handle
So what if i go into thw outside world in the same state and with present condition where i cant earn anything ??
Ill be ripped apart by them
The world out there is mean
Harsh and rude
Thats the truth
Us staying in our rooms and playing games and doing mas a d watch po is just keeping us apart from harsh reality
I want to quit this damn fucking thing
I sti feel like crying for all those screwing
But yeah it was for my good
Get out of home and lets face the world

Similarly i just deleted codm
Coz i was wasting time on them
No jogging from past 3 days coz of assignments and lack of sleep
Relapsed today
Sorry for this

Relapsed several times
Was not disciplined
Didnt exercise
And gave up easily
Will get back on track from today only
