Darksoul's Journey

Here I will record what I do everyday. I was inspired by seeing others of this lovely community. Since this is my first time creating a post, I dont exactly know all the features. About me I do not watch corn but I fap. My best streak ever was 14 days. Since that time I have never been able to cross 10 days also. My exams are over and all my days are unproductive. So I am hoping that recording my habits and progress will help me. I am 18 yo male

DAY 1

1)Woke up at 6:30 am. Its a bit late as I slept at 1 am.

2)Workout- □ Light Stretching □ WidePlank( 2 sets of 30s) □ Pushups( 4sets of 10 reps) □ Squats(4 sets of 10 reps) □ Ab crunches(2 sets of 15 reps):ballot_box_with_check:

3)Meditation- 4 mins( im starting so its less):ballot_box_with_check:

4)Ok so rest of the day was basically not that productive but I did not use youtube today at all.


This was my study time. Its less as rest of the day I spent looking for colleges and all. I am trying to find things which I can add as my goals here.

DAY 3

1)Woke up at 6:45 am but still stayed in bed till 7:10 am as I slept at almost 2am.

2)Workout☑-□ 15 - 20 min stretching □ Pushups(4 sets of 10 reps) □ Squats( 4 sets of 10 reps) □ Ab crunches( 2sets of 15 reps)□ Wide Planks- 2 sets of 30s

3)Meditation-Instead I did deep breathing

4)Memory training- 10/20 sessions

Today was really not productive as I watched youtube without study purposes. I got a lot of urges today but I managed to control them. The rest of the time I was searching and looking for colleges. One thing which I have realised is that I waste time after one session of 30 mins is over. I hope to reduce it.

1)Woke up late at 7:10. Yesterday slept at almost 1am. I have to fix this asap

Today was the least productive day of the week. I did not focus at all and remained confused about what to study. Lot of urges today…but I controlled them. Though Im not sure where to start but I’ll try to create a routine tomorrow.

Before I continue, I am ashamed to say I relapsed in the morning today. I tried to divert my mind but continuous thoughts came and I just did it.Relapse has always hindered me from doing my tasks

I relapsed today and whole day was unproductive. It does not stop there…every day I feel im falling into an inferiority complex. Im damn tired of this but even as I write I am unsure whether I have the courage or not…improvement is hard.

I want to remind myself that everyday whenever I feel confused about something, instead of leaving it like that with regret pls try to find the solution

Relapsed in the afternoon. From now onwards whenever I feel like relapsing I will make the situation hard( like keep my phone away or go and talk to somebody).

Today I did not work in the morning( Reason- games) but I went to the riverside in the evening. Really refreshed my mind.

I literally installed games, played for 4 hrs,realised what I was doing and deleted it. But I will not do it tomorrow as I have finally ‘really’ realised. And yeah as usual unproductive day

I dont know what the hell happened. Relapsed in the morning and then again at night! All day I just could not take the initiative to do something productive and wasted time on the phone.

What to write…was a shit day. I cannot even create a routine. Whenever I try to do , I make every kind of excuse. Others are doing so well. I keep falling.
