Day 20, checking in.

8 hours of study. Super focused. I brought it today and am glad :muscle:. Tomorrow I will do 8-9, of such incredible quality.

I decided against the workout due to a bad nosebleed. And it being late. I did not want to cause a mess. I should have instead gone to the farmland near me to train, as the ground there doesn’t matter. I can still train with trees, shadowboxing and other calisthenics. I will carry that lesson forwards.

Keep strong, and smash your walls. All of you guys ARE STRONG ENOUGH! You have it in you!

For now I will start with a small goal, that is 7 days: the first week is the worst and once I overcome it, I will feel stronger and more motivated.

I haven’t watched ■■■■ for 4 and a half years but for a long time until a week ago, I was doing MO (without P) once or twice a day and unfortunately the destruction of will was only slightly less because the ■■■■ of women I know were still in my head.

As a social network I only have WhatsApp and everything is easier this way.

Practicing sports (the best for me is rowing, which trains all parts of your body) is a huge help in tackling the journey and makes you even more disciplined, increases willpower and you will also be more virile.

i have spent my time today studying, doing my job, work out for 1 hour and even allocating some of time to play games with friends too. there was no temptation today. in short, i’ve done well today

Through running this path you will become stronger. As the days go up, so will your strength. This is not to say that, as the days go on, “it gets easier”, but instead that “you get stronger”. If you run the course, steadfast, and without peeking or whatever, that running will feel like walking, and then sprinting like walking. Do not worry about the journey bro, as the journey takes care of itself. But you must stay the path :muscle:.

Day 21 checkin (more like yesterday checkin though):

  • feeling incredible. Full of joy, which seems to just come naturally. I suppose after the pain of PMO life has so much color.

  • My mother complimented my skin which I didn’t expect. She said that it was bright. I didn’t believe in that benefit really but she has said that often when I have been away from PMO.

  • 4-5 hours of study. Super focused. I will increase this today; I must.

  • super intense workout. Skin tore.

  • urges came, I destroyed them. Good.

i did a workout today but had less studying. i had a peek just now, but i controlled myself and exited form that stuff immediately. sorry, guys, it can’t be happen again. i must win today :triumph:
