Hello this is me @covertxomic wanted to show some gratitude towards the members of the community who supported me to keep going. In this discussion I’ve discussed in detail how i passed months on NoFap and how I implemented them all perfectly for achieving my desired goal.

Role of Community :
2024 was a life changing year for me to be completely honest I relapsed 50 times throughout the 365 Days. Idk but somehow I managed to keep going.
After finding this community in September, it was lot easier for me too keep going. The support this community provide me is totally unmatchable. It has been 200+ days for me in this community and i relapsed only 10 times. I’m proud of myself. The progress of some of the guys motivated me to stay long and keep going.
Why NoFap ?
The reason for me for choosing this lifestyle is because I wanted to become a person in someone’s life that provides comfort and some value to that person. I wanted to be a high value man a master who do everything with perfection.
I feel this is the correct path and choosing NoFap is one of the best decisions of my life. An ultimate test of patience which i always loved. Battle to learn , Battle to inspire others to keep going.
This is the journey to improve yourself. It’s not about winning or losing its about improving and learning and as always keep going. The journey will not over until you win and that makes this journey special to follow. I respect this journey.
Long term plans
Yeah! It would be weird if you ask me to complete this 90 days reboot once again but i won’t be surprised to continue this 90 days streak into a life changing one. So what are my future plans ? Am I afraid of NoFap ? Do i really care about NoFap ?
Let me sum up answers of all of your questions absolutely No. I’m not afraid of Nofap why would I afraid of that journey which is giving me various benefits in life.
I will follow this long life journey of semen retention and become that person who provides value in life of others. I will help people who cares about me by giving them all I can provide. As I said above, the respect for NoFap in my heart is always special and i will create awareness regarding noFap to upcoming generation.
Methods to Deal with urges -
There are many specific methods to deal with an urge and i want to address them one by one. The methods are very special to follow. Here are some of my proven methods :
Meditation & Breathing Practices:
Meditation is an art of doing nothing to achieve a sense of calmness and mental stability. The role of meditation on this journey is completely unreal , when you get an urge to react ultimately you replace that urge with meditation.
On the other hand , Breathing practices like focusing on breaths during urges also plays an important role. It’s important what you’re manifesting the more you calm during an urge the more you’re okay! Do not react to an urge immediately it’s normal for you to get tempted everyone feels some sort of urges on their day to day life. It’s our actions that count. As long enough, you’re not doing any stupidity like peeking or something you’re good.
Also I love big urges , they are sort of temporary that means your brain is rewiring at the moment. Don’t ever react to any urge immediately take your time wash your face do breathing practices and the urge will fade away.
Cold Showers and Role of Water :
Cold Showers are like gem and I don’t need to say that what is the role of water during NoFap. Personally, I love cold showers and i was taking them daily and as a result i achieved my desired streaks within a span of one year.
On the other hand the more you drink water during the day the less your relapses chances would be. And i recommend you to proper wash your feets before sleeping also avoid too much spicy food.
Discipline & Sleeping Timings :
You can’t rely on motivational mindset for long that’s where you need Discipline. Discipline is nothing just following certain rules throughout the day. By that you develop a fixed certain routine.
I try to focus on Discipline rather than focusing on motivational mindset for long. I always try to do my certain tasks throughout the day whether it’s going outside, workout, meditation everything in certain manner.
Sleeping timings provide a certain role too. I try to get a proper 6-7 hours of sleep daily. I don’t compromise with my sleep schedule.
The Nightfall Dilemma -
Nightfall is a normal body function and it will reduce as your streak grows. Better to let them happen regardless of circumstances. There is no way to avoid a nightfall if you’re getting healthy frequency of nightfall there is no big deal. Don’t ever feel bad if you get a nightfall or wetdream it means you’re on a right path. It’s the perfect time for brain rewiring. I will give you some tips if you’re getting too much nightfalls :
- Fix your Sleeping Position
- Avoid Much Spicy Food throughout the day & night.
- Wash your feets properly before going to sleep
- Don’t ever peek to any nudity before sleeping.
Work on system rather than Goals -
If you want to reach high numbers just focus on the system around yourself. Fix your discipline from snatch , take cold showers daily , Take proper 6-7 hours of sleep , Go outside rather than just lying on bed scrolling through your phone. If you focus on life around you try to fix them one by one then you will automatically see a rise in confidence around yourself , a proper self esteem around the corner and that is what required on a long run on a big streak. This is what i have founded researching more about this topic.
Flatline Phase , Weird Dreams -
What is Flatline ?
Flatline is a certain phase during nofapping journey where you feel no motivation to work , feel miserable about yourself without any particular reason. Basically, there is a drop in baseline dopamine level during brain recovery. Flatline depends upon how long a person was addicted to pornography and masturbation. For me , I was mostly in Flatline during the Days between 45-65. It worked like that feeling good a certain day after that feeling miserable the next day. You need to work on Patience to pass this hard time. Flatline is a perfect time for brain recovery.
How I passed Flatline ?
There is no need to take load during Flatline do whatever suits you to be on the track and what makes you happy about yourself. Meditation plays an important role during Flatline you need a proper observation of thoughts. Thoughts may haywire at the moment. Pass this hard time with your loved ones with your family , with your small brothers & sisters help them to do their school assignments. Play with them , it will give you some sort of happiness that’s what required atm.
we ourselves can create our own happiness without depending on anyone else.
Proper Journaling , Cold Showers , Mindful Meditation , Positive Affirmation are some of my important things. Also listen one motivational video , music , podcasts everyday.
Weird Dreams are bound to happen with some people , weird dreams are part of recovery. I got one or two weird dreams during Flatline Period.

Boost in Confidence : Slightly boost in confidence while talking to somebody. No such social anxiety, People feel comfortable around me. I just go and talk with someone and always positive happens. They tend to find the conversation comfortable and continue to keep going.

Strong Willpower

No Hairfall : Hair is fully repaired, earlier it used to fall everyday. Now I as run my finger through the hairs…they are soft I take good care of them.

Eye contact : Game has improved much , While talking I always try to maintain eye contact, People feel comfortable around me.

Consistency Improved : I’m consistent with my work ethics able to study 5-6 hours daily. I try to do exercise regularly I’m doing much better from a long time.

Mind is much clearer : Brain Fog gone , Anxiety related to future gone. Mind is clear like a crystal, Able to handle urges like a pro.

Creativity Back: ■■■■ kills your creativity. After doing nofap it’s finally back working on an additional habit from a very long time now and I had much creative mindset all the time.

Full awareness: Special thanks to meditation. Enjoying little things like enjoying music
more often, chirping of birds, kids playing in park.

Self care: Self care, I have started grooming,Things are going good so far.
Skin started becoming more fair & less oily. Earlier my face looked like a shit hollow cheeks and all that but now my face started to glow and my genetics improved a lot. -
self control increased ■■■■ Started becoming disgusting.
