Check in, day 10 completed. I just attended my 2nd SAL zoom meeting and it was wonderful. Other men are sharing their experiences with stopping PMO. It gives me so much hope. It feels like a brotherhood. It is a strength not to be alone.

Check in day 11. I was able to call a guy from my SAL group today that has 7 years clean from PM. It is nice to talk and connect. My goal is to call 5 people this week (until next Tuesday). Had a good solid day. Emotions are in check and surrendering to God.

It was a good day with my wife and children.
I always need to be aware of my thoughts and make sure that I surrender to God any beginning of thoughts that could lead to lust. The truth is that lust is my addiction. It is the same as the first drink of the alcoholic. If I don’t take the first drink of lust through my eyes or my mind then I will never get drunk and watch porn or fantasize. Every time I have relapsed and watched porn, I had lost control of my thoughts and lusted in my mind. Every time. If I can win the battle of lust in my thoughts then I can win this in my life. I don’t know if any of you can relate.

just increase your sexual desires and trick you to masturbate. -
Lot of free time - When a person is not have anything useful and interesting to do, then his stupid mind thought the stupid thing to do and watching porn and masturbation is also one of them.
