Check-in DAY 17. I had my SAL meeting is it was really good. It gives me strength to be in a meeting with others that are in recovery from porn and masturbation. Listening to them sharing give me hope that there is a program that works.
I am more and more aware that I need to be aware that NEGATIVE EMOTIONS are at the source of my lust. I lust because I want to numb away these feelings. It is my way of coping with my problems. When I lust in any way it leads me down a slippery slope, I lust more, I make stories in my mind, I think about these fantasies in my mind over and over again. the next step is to peek. Look for something that is provoking but not quite porn or nudity. Then it continues to full porn.
This is my pattern. It all starts with not knowing how to deal with a negative emotion and starting to lust. When I first discovered that lust was my real addiction - my real problem, what gets me - it changed my life! I had a way to look at his problem in a way that I can understand what is happening. I NEED TO BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR ANY FORM OF LUST. I cannot let the enemy in my house, in my mind, and in my life.
I am grateful to God for helping me today to be free from lust for another 24 hours.

Check in day 18. Today I got upset and then a feeling came to see something. I was able to choose no and surrendering to God. Another clean 24 hours.

MOTIVATION 02
There was a boy. His name was Adam. He was studying in 7th class.
He was a quite intelligent kid. During his summer
vacations, he went to his village to attend his uncle’s daughter wedding.
Adam was happy because after a long time he gets his vacations and free time from the study. He spends the whole day of playing with other friends.
His family owns two houses in the village and both houses are very close to each other. So when night comes there is less space left to sleep all. Numbers of the guest are more in comparison to available space for sleep. So elder members of the family decide that all female will sleep at one home and all male members will sleep at another home.
So Adam has to sleep at second home with the male member. His mother told him to sleep with his cousin.
His cousin was 28-year old that time and Adam was just a small age teen. So he slept with his cousin. AND THAT WAS the BIGGEST MISTAKE OF HIS LIFE.
When he was sleeping in the night, he felt that his
cousin put his leg on him. Which make Adam awakes in the middle of the night. Adam thought it just normal activity but after some time his cousin tries to touch his private parts. Because of fear that all family members will wake and because of shame, Adam did not make noise and his cousin take benefit of this situations.
His cousin tries to masturbate him. This kind of activity
happened first time with Adam. After that Adam slept
with the fearful mind.
On next day because of fear and shame, Adam did not
tell anyone about last night activity. That was a very
mistake. His cousin took benefit of this situation and
next three days his cousin done masturbate with him.
After three days Adam returned to his town with his
parents. After reaching his town Adam’s mind keeps
thinking about previous days and by the experience of
his recent vacation days his mind know that by doing

So because of curiosity, Adam tried to do masturbation

experience for him.
He stopped going outside to play cricket which he
usually plays every evening. He remained always excited

Because of these habits, he made friends with some

After that Adam hooked on porn so badly that he started

whole night on his computer which his father bought him

To buy new porn DVDs and erotic books he started to
steal money from his father pocket because his mind
cannot think about right and wrong.
Lust and porn destroy his thinking ability so much that,
once he tries to do sex with a girl which was one of his
relatives.
He used to be very intelligent student till one year
before, but this year he spent wasting his time thinking
about lusty things.
He used to pass with good marks (first division) in his
school but this year he passed his board exams only
with passing marks.
After few months when Adam tries to take admission
for graduation then all the universities refuse to give
him admission in computer science field. So his father
helped him to get admission in university with the help
of a local politician.
But after reaching in university he did not change his
habits. He watched porn lot in his university hostel in the
night and because of that he not able to concentrate on
study in class in the daytime.
His father is the small farmer but still, his father
brought him a brand new laptop, so he can learn some
programming properly but he never used that laptop
for programming. His whole hard disk of the laptop is
completely filled with porn.
After six months in university, because of his porn
addiction and masturbation habit, the lot of diseases
made home in his body. His body getting weaker every
day and he cannot able to concentrate on his studies.
He lost his confidence completely. And mostly remain
absent from his class.
After one year, the university declared its results. When
Adam tried to found his Roll number in result list he did
not found that because he got failed. He failed in all
subjects. He failed hard.
When his father got this news, his father got really angry
because his father done everything from his side. He
took a loan for his studies, purchased a costly laptop,
send money regularly to him for the whole year.
When Adam returned back to his home from university.
his father beat him with Iron rod. His father so much
disappointed with him that he told him to leave his home
immediately. He kicked him out of the home and throw
his all bags out of home and close doors of the home.
Adam sits whole night outside of the home on stairs
because he does not have anywhere to go. Next morning
when he asked for permission to enter his home, his
father refused and did not let him enter
He waited for two days outside of the home, hungry and
weak. But this time his father also decided to teach him
a life lesson. His father also crying inside of the home
and his heart is melted but still, he did not let him inside.
Finally, after two days, Adam has no choice, so he took
his bags and left home. He only has around 50 bucks in
his pocket. He bought a small burger of 20 bucks froma
local shop and eat that, otherwise, he died of hunger.
He asked for a lift from a truck guy and sit on the
passing truck. People in the truck were not good guys.
They robbed Adam. They robbed his wallet and throw
him out with his bags in mid-road in the forest. He
shouted for help on road but there was no one to listen.
He was so much afraid.
He was standing in the middle of the road in dark night
in the forest without any money and food. He has only
two bags, one bag has few clothes and one has his
laptop. That’s it.
He was tired and hopeless. He looked around suddenly
he saw a small light coming from far. It looks like that
light is coming from 30 to 40 Km far. So he decided to
walk towards the light. He walked for about 30Km in
dark winter night.
After walking 2 hours he reached a small village. He
knocked at the door at first house. A farmer came
outside, Adam asks him for help. The farmer gave him
some food and blanket. After eating that food and slept
outside of farmer house.
Next morning he woke up, but he does not have
anywhere to go. He eats some food at farmer house
in morning. He saw that farmer’s children are playing
outside. He asked the farmer that why his children did
not go to school this morning. The farmer told him he
wants to send his kids to school but he did not have
enough money to send his kids to school. After listening
farmer, Adam started crying. The farmer gave him some
water and relaxed him.
The farmer told him that when our crops destroyed by
flood and he did only have little food to serve to his kid,
he did not lose hope. He seeded his farms again and
harvested his crops again.
Farmer’s talk and views give some hope to Adam. He
borrowed a very little amount of money from the farmer
for travel and traveled back to his university.
After reached to his university, he directly went to
chancellor’s office. And bagged his for not took fees
from him, but chancellor refused to accept his request.
Now there three two months left to start next session
for the university. And Adam has to start his degree
course again because he was got failed in all subjects in
the first year
Next morning he went to a fast food restaurant for the
job. They hired him as cleaning guy to clean floors of
the restaurant. Salary was less but Adam was happy
because he can eat and save some money for college.
But his salary was very less for college fee. And there
was one more problem he did not have any place to
sleep. He told to the restaurant owner that if let him
sleep outside of the restaurant in the night on the
bench then he can also do the job of watchman for the
restaurant in the night.
After thinking for few minutes restaurant owner said yes
and decided to increase his current salary by few more
bucks.
In the daytime, he cleans floors whole day and in night
work as a watchman for the restaurant. He eats leftover
foods from plates to save money. Every moment at
restaurant taught him the value of money that hard is to
earn money.
Every moment at the restaurant also reminds him of
his father that how he managed to send money every
month.
After working for two months at the restaurant he
collected some money. He went to university chancellor
office and told him that submit few amounts of fees
in advance and he will submit remaining fees in
installments. After seeing his dedications for joining
college again he agreed to take fees in installments.
Now after two months Adam joined college again. For
fees, he continued to work as a watchman in the night at
the restaurant and in morning time he also started to sell
newspapers at college gate to students in evening.
In night time he sits outside of the restaurant and keeps
doing the study on his laptop. He sleeps there just only
for two or three hours.
He studied hard. Whenever he got free time, he started
studied on his laptop. After keep working and studying
for three years, he completed the degree and passed
with first division.
At the time of degree distribution ceremony, the
university invited all students’ parents, so Adam’s parent
also came there. When Adam’s name is announced to
collect degree on stage, the chancellor also invited his
parents on stage.
Adam saw his parents after three years. Adam did not
have the courage to make eye contact with his father. So
he felt down to his legs and said sorry to him with teary
eyes.
His father stands him up and hugged him!!
