Picked up ‘easy way to stop smoking’ by Allen Carr so can see as I’m reading it how the easypeasy method for porn is a direct copy/'hack which is fine of course and will help me understand his method better I hope.

Maybe this time I’ll understand it/implement his method?
It occurred to me that maybe I wasn’t ready to give up pmo

It’s the same story for all of us. If we’re struggling, we still want PMO more than we want freedom.

That’s why it’s crucial to understand that we aren’t giving up anything. There is no genuine benefit from doing PMO, everything we supposedly gain is an illusion. A stubborn and powerful illusion to break, but an illusion all the same.

We all know in our heart of hearts that if we had never viewed that first pornographic image and become hooked, we wouldn’t have lost out on anything in our lives, and they’d be much better for it.

The beautiful thing is that we have the opportunity everyday to start afresh and rid ourselves of the terrible poison for good.

I’m struggling to get anything done. 2 days clean which is nothing. Chronic procrastination, feeling depressed and bit lonely. I typically fail on day 3 maybe 5 or one week at a push. 10 days is a major achievement and much easier to achieve when I was at work and busier.
Once I achieved over 20 days which might have been 23 days …
Reading easyway to overcome smoking as guide to understand EasypeasyWay for porn, yes it’s a direct copy in many ways so concept is definitely the same so far

Life is such a struggle and it’s painful mainly
Doing my damndest to avoid any pain think that’s what the procrastination is all about.
