I’m struggling to get anything done. 2 days clean which is nothing. Chronic procrastination, feeling depressed and bit lonely. I typically fail on day 3 maybe 5 or one week at a push. 10 days is a major achievement and much easier to achieve when I was at work and busier.
Once I achieved over 20 days which might have been 23 days …
