5 days feeling damn good well in this area at least. Haven’t been super disciplined but ok so far. Small achievements give us the boost we need … to succeed
Keeping busy
Planning to add more disciplines in though without turning my life into army boot camp… Where’s the fun in that?
Plan:
plug in phone across room away from bed
Get to bed around midnight not later
Read some of easypeasy each day
Read bible each day : sometimes more sometimes less that’s ok
Control thoughts
Check in here each day and Read posts on this forum
And Pray!
And I’ll be honest I haven’t faced any urges yet just the odd thought so I need to be vigilant because those thoughts and urges will return so I need to be ready !

I had some flashbacks earlier today of some ex-favourite scenes. I remembered that even when I was watching them and ‘enjoying’ them, part of me was fed up and wanted to stop so badly. Even then it wasn’t enjoyable. So going back now certainly wouldn’t be enjoyable either.

Thanks @Forerunner. Didn’t follow the plan but still holding onto my streak that’s the main thing plan is just an aid to maintain streak so looking to try implement that today and from now on. Not getting too heavy and ‘laying the law down’ with myself that will definitely backfire and I’ll end up relapsing. Rather just guidelines and principles for a happier and more successful life.

No. The pmoer is missing out on a beautiful life and that was us before we recommitted to abstinence from porn.
But no more as we commit and continue to recommit to a new and better life.

Using the habit reinforcement technique given in the book Atomic Habits, I transfer 50 INR every morning to my Paytm wallet, as an immediate Nofap gift. The wallet will have to be emptied in case of relapse, which I will not allow. At the end of 60 days, I will use the money to buy my wishlist items.
