Challenger name : debellator

Habits:

  1. No PMO
  2. Meditate twice a day (once as soon as I wake up, once in the afternoon)
  3. No Instagram till 8 pm and no installation of Instagram app
  4. No YouTube unless
    a. During meals (watching basketball)
    b. For self-improvement or learning
  5. YouTube after 8 pm provided I’ve completed at least 2 hours of deep work
  6. Sleep by 10 pm unless external circumstances prevent it
  7. Don’t eat unhealthy food more than twice a week; unhealthy food is highly processed food with high calories such as fast food
  8. Self-care routine every day

-My life is full of distractions and unhealthy habits-
So i am gonna start by only one habit
I may add another habits later but for now i want to focus on one habit alongside with no pmo

1.NO any knid of PMO even if it was just a small peak

2.No junk food or any food that contains much sugar or fats especially chips because i am addicted to it with a ratio of 2 chips bags per day

Great challenge man. But I am barely able to update the leaderboard of challenge I run and already in that race challenge.

Habits:

  1. Pray 3 Times a day
  2. Waking up at 5:30 every morning
  3. Gym 5 times week or more
  4. No junk food
  5. No Social Media junk till 8 pm
  6. Only work account to be used (No reels)
  7. Only 1 Webseries episode per day
  8. 6 hours of studies
  9. Getting an Internship
  10. IELTS Mock Tests ( at least one of each set every day until exam)
  11. Scar Removal (Part of self care)
  12. Restarting the Discord Server
  13. Getting my driver license
  14. Covering Skill Gap (will explain more)
  15. Respecting Elders

I will update these habits, add new, remove the old one time achieving ones everyday.

Based on the informations provided in the scoreboard, you will only update your phase like once every 20 - 30 days. And status if you become active or inactive. So you’re not supposed to update it daily.
