Advice to everyone
Identify the pattern
There is always a pattern with the way u relapse
For example
For me i used to relapse every night for last few weeks
Reason being during the day i was busy with work
So how did i overcome that
Quit the reason for my relapse -phone
And then instead of feeling low and tired at night
Before sleeping half an hour before i started playing games -badmintion
Now since it gets late to reach home i cant ay badminton
Wo i took out my bros old table tennis bat and started playing with myself while against the wall
And my mood gets better
So find the pattern
Break it
And make it
