Stress and Boredom are the main cause of relapse. Just take some showers and meditate for few minutes. Urges are temporary and will fade away soon.

I managed to survive during day but night got me. A lot of stress got build up and this was the only thing i saw as an escape.
But thanks, I managed to reach almost 7 days after a long time.
I respect your honesty and i will say stay strong 7 days is where your first check point is. Try to regain the targets like 7 days , 10 Days , 12 Days.
You need both discipline and conviction to stay on the target. Work on both of them. Progress take place outside the comfort zone.
