I have literally banned websites from my pc. So, when i try to open such things if i get an urge. I can stop myself.

I would suggest you to uninstall insta and Facebook for a while. They are simply waste of time.

But, if anyone knows how to ban websites from phone as well, pls share steps in detail. I have tried many things, trust me.

Bro from phone the best option is to disable Google itself. It’s inconvenient for me, but I do so.
However, blocksite and blockerX are also good blockers to block these sites. You can use both together if you want.
