Hi @QUITPMO,
I would suggest to go longer. Like 10 days, it will help you stretch it to maybe 5 days or something.

My longest in life has been 30 days like an year ago. And now only 4 days (longest streak this year).
I have challenged my companion for 50 DAYS! I have no clue, how I’m going to do it.
It is just a suggestion. And best of luck for any challenge.
