STRENGTH IS INNER - POWER ROAR

You can’t spell Challenge without change

If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you

1000 days might seem a big challenge but it’s worth taking

If people ask “Why?”, Be the one to say: “Why not?”

Failing is part of success and giving up is part of Failing.

THE TRUE SPIRIT THAT KNOWS HOW TO DEAL WITH SLIP-UPS IS SCREEMING FROM MOTIVATION IN WHICH LIES THE INNER - POWER ROAR

Don’t confuse being busy with being happily involved in tasks. Being busy can stress you. It can lead to relapse. But following a routine, accomplishing task that are not impossible but still challenge you, working out, eating healthy, praying on time, this is what makes you happy. This type of ‘busy’ will not stress you. It will help you improve everyday. It will keep urges away. It will make you confident.
Protect your time. Protect your energy. Protect your input to your mind by eyes and ears.

Tip of the day

UNLOCK YOUR POTENTIAL :fire:

Today during jogging, I stumbled upon a secret to success for NOPMO. while jogging, I wanted to stop and take deep breath while resting. But I said to myself that I’ve jogged this track before. I have complete potential to complete this task. I’m just little bit uncomfortable but this is bearable. I won’t stop. I can bear this.
Miraculously, that jog started to feel easy! :exploding_head::thinking:

Similarly, people have crossed a 1000 days with PMO. Whether you have in past or not, doesn’t mean you don’t have the potential.
Say to yourself: I HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE FREE. I CAN FACE THE WORLD’S STRONGEST URGES AND STILL MAINTAIN SELF CONTROL. I WILL BE FREE. I WILL ACHIEVE MY GOALS. I AM A CHAMPION. I AM A WINNER.

Make this your daily affirmation, and you will be UNSTOPPABLE :muscle::fire::fire::fire:

I may have found a way to avoid a relapse during the day of relapse

Today I felt demotivation and urge to go astray from my routine. This always comes before a relapse. After a day or two, I usually relapse if I act on it.
But today I didn’t listened to it and instead went to exercise. After jogging for 8 minutes, I felt the rush and calmness of serotonin. This altered my mental state. This may be the way to alter the mental state to avoid a relapse. :fire:
