It was a very difficult day for me because I made it that way. I put myself in vulnerable state watching yt shorts all day procrastinating instead of studying. Later today I had severe urges but somehow time passes between struggle and I ended up not searching for triggers. Then I stopped watching ytshorts and decided firmly to complete study target instead of wasting the day.
So, no delaying tasks and no ytshorts from now on.
