All that is required of us is the effort on our part. The results don’t matter. Tomorrow hasn’t happened yet. Past is past. But today is all we have. The present moment requires our effort. So give your best. Forget about the results. Just focus on what you can control.

Day 1 check in …
After 30 days of nofap i messed up.6 faps in last 6 days.Feeling unmotivated and helpless.I needserious help and. A companion to motivate me for nofap daily and i ll do the same… Comeon insta or Snapchat and wewill daily share our thoughts and routines with each other so that no one faps.Moreover we will tell each other that i am feeling urge and the other one helps to calm down that urge. PLEASE ANYONE I AM FED UP WITH THIS ADDICTION WHENEVER I FEEL I AM OVER IT,IT STARTS AGAIN

No one else is going to push me. No one is coming to save me. It’s me Vs me. So I will push myself. I will surely defeat this addiction. I will become better. I will become better and better everyday.
