I will tell you a true story that I lived in 2016 in France, where I slept in a Muslim building full of suffering.

At night I was in the infernal Muslim astral of this building, it was dark, the Muslims were imprisoned in this horrible world of suffering.

And at one point I had a Darshan of your holy prophet Muhammad.
He had come there to talk to me.

He was accompanied by 2 brothers, I don’t know who they are? because they were silent, but they were his bodyguards, very respectful and loyal.

I did my usual checks to make sure it wasn’t a demon disguised as a saint like I’ve often encountered.
So i knew it’s realy Mahomet muslim prophet himself.

He wore a luxury black Arab outfit with gold designs, which means wealth, power, honor.
He had a handsome Arab face about 30 years old.

He was master of himself, perfectly calm, he radiated compassion.
He explained to me telepathically (not in human arabic language) that he does everything possible to help his dear Muslims, he repeated the phrase to me very often: ‘‘my dear Muslims’’.
He came to me in peace, and i give peace to him in return.

He told me that some of ‘’ his dear muslims ‘’ are very often asked him, to come see me, to bring me peace and convert me to Islam.
So he came to me in answer to their insistent prayers.

He told me that his mission, is to help them by all possible means to escape from their hell on earth, and to guide them towards the paradise of Muslims.
But it’s not easy, because they don’t listen him, and they are attached to their suffering

He explained to me that he loves his dear Muslims very much, and that he does not want to abandon any of them, even the worst.

This is why he visits all the Muslim hells to try to help them.
He will also meet the enemies of his dear Muslims to try to make peace with them, and stop war.

He never try to convert me to islam, he respect my religion, he’s not a djihad man, he don’t like djihad.
He give me peace and respect for him.

I never seen him after this holy Darshan.

This sometimes happens to all Brahmcharys.
Don’t be afraid, just pray to your ishta devata.

Because this is the time where your efforts will be most rewarded by Brahma himself.
He see you easly at this holy time.
He gave you easly his Darshan at this holy time.

Now you know, what you have to do tomorrow, if you want to be a true sadhak or a true tapasyin…

The effects of Surya rising are very different from Brahmamuhurta.

I name it Suryamuhurta, but it’s not an official name.

I need and like the two times.

Some Hindu make Surya puja at this time.

Buddhist, Jain, Taoist, Shinto, Druid, some ascetic Christian, some Sufi…
They do it to.

It is best for directly receiving the energy of the sun in its stimulating form.

This energy is the most powerful energy available in this world, to grow evolve progress.

It is the energy source of hope, youth, renewal.

It is the purest physical manifestation of God.

I simply in love with Brahmacharya
Because it’s the best sadhana & tapasya, the best usefull, the best powerfull.

If you want to do a sadhana or tapasya do first this one.

Gandhi a famous Hindu man, at the age of 35 years made many sadhana, but never Brahmacharya.
He try it for the first time, and found that it was more powerful and more effective than all the others he made on his past.
So he decided with the agreement of his family to continue.

At the first step, it’s hard mode only, because it’s very hard and painful, to reverse the direction of sexual energy.

It’s like the salmon’s effort to go upstream in it’s river
He must go in the opposite direction of the river and 99% of other fish.

So it is essential to have a very powerful reason to make this sacrifice, otherwise it is impossible to have the powerful will necessary to overcome the many obstacles.

You also need to have the right informations, the right friends, the right sadhana and life, if possible a real Guru capable of giving Shaktipat, and most importantly the grace of your ishta devata like Hanuman Ganesh Durga…

I have experience with all of this and it works.

Maithuna means mating in sanskrit.
It is a tantrik practice that comes from Sanatan dharma, it’s “shakta” branch.
Maithuna is a left hand practice.

Kundalini yoga is the path of the right hand, it is for Brahmacharins.

The pink without nudity and sexe.
The red with nudity and sexe.

I have only experienced the rose Maithuna.

My first samadhi
was with physical contact around 25 years old, and it was a wonderful experience of loving fusion, peacefull, light, letting go, expansion of consciousness and aura.

At 29 years without physical contact.
I experienced by surprise the most powerful samadhi I have known in my entire life, it was so extreme.
Why Shri Kundalini devi came to me with so much power in a public swimming pool ?
That day I met one of my soul mates, and the fusion happened at a distance.
We were in telepathic communion for 1 month afterwards…

In conclusion :
Maithuna is the best possible sexuality for men in a relationship, it is more powerful, more effective, faster than Brahmacharya for single men.

It is the most powerful sadhana of all, the quickest path to Shiva.
But it is also the most dangerous of all.
Only a man and a women
with pure enough hearts can succeed.

To be healthy and physicaly happy, we need to balance our polarized energies.
For example mother Earth yin energy, and father Sun energy yang.

The energy of the Sun father is easy, you just need to receive it directly on the body.
Including eyes that need to receive indirect sunlight without glasses.

Earth mother energy is more complicated.

I am having a problem during meditation in my throat I am feeling little pain also only during meditation my throat start to make sound it’s started happening a month ago after that I thought I should take a break from meditation but even after one month whenever I am doing meditation I am having the same problem do you know why it’s happening I can ensure that it’s not a illnesses cause it happens only during meditation.

But I think something inside you needs to be expressed.

Personally I have a very big blockage in my throat which bothers me and makes me suffer.
And i know exactly how it happened.

To relieve myself I practice laughing and singing, it doesn’t completely solve my problem, but it does me a lot of good.
