:uk:
My strategy is first to increase my production of Virya (male sexual energy) as much as possible.

Then to transmute it as much as possible into Ojas (evolving spiritual energy).

For this I first study and experiment with all possible methods.
I then keep the ones that are the most effective.

Pour transmuter mon virya en Ojas, voici les méthodes que j’ai expérimenté les plus efficaces :

Asana : chandelle, siddha, brahmacharya…

Kriya : Kundalini kriya, tchi kong

:uk:
To transmute my virya into Ojas, here are the most effective methods that I have experienced:

Asana: candlelight, siddha, brahmacharya…

Bandha: the contraction of the base is essential, it is the most important.

Pranayama: breathing through the stomach is the only essential one.

Visualization: of the subtle energy.

Bhakti: praying with love sincerity and humility, directly shri shakti Kundalini devi, it is very effective.

Yes, Brahmacharya is a passion for me, it’s my number 1 sadhana, because it is the most important and most powerful of all.

I vowed to be a brahmachari until my physical death, except to have a child of course.

I am in collaboration with other advanced Brahmachari, and I study all the books on the subject.

I really want to master this practice at a high level, like Patanjali rishi, Gautama shakyamuni, Vivekananda swami, and many other great indian mens :om:

Thank you for your prayer Bramchari, I appreciate :pray:t3:

I pray Sri bhagwan every day, to free me from the evil, that keeps me prisoner in samsara.

And I have chosen to be his pillar of light in this world of darkness.

So i have to work my Kundalini.

Do that all those who wish him, can also benefit from his Divine grace :sunrise:

I am sure that you too are under the grace of Shri baghwan :sun_with_face:

I am happy to meet you, we are on the same path :compass:

and congratulations for having chosen the very difficult, but very rewarding path of Brahmacharya, the path of the Arya, of the sanatan Dharma :om:

I live in the south of France, I’m a sannyasin and it’s a secret I tell no one in real life, I have to hide so as not to be bothered.

In winter i live near the sea of Méditerranée to stay warm.

In summer I go north, in a mountain to stay cool.

Brahmchari if you come to south France one day contact me, I will be happy to meet you :wave:t3:

It will be my pleasure to meet you one day. With god’s grace we will definitely meet. I also want to practice brahmchary at highest level and lead a Grahasth life with purity.

And yes you said true that I’m under grace of Shri bhagwan:sob::pleading_face: He is so kind to me

Coincidence is that we are on the same path and our streak is also the same .

You are on hard mode. I hope I can also follow hard mode brahmchary. I again wish you all the best.

Although I am a Muslim but I really believe in Brahmacharya I am even doing meditation but can’t do it in a right way I think I am breathing in a wrong way please enlighten me how to breathe during meditation. Sanatan dharma have too many life lessons to learn it teaches us to live in the harmony with nature I really like the way of life how shri ram lived a simple ego free life while forgiving others I respect Sanatan Dharma from the bottom of my heart I don’t want to to reveal that I learnt about this religion through movies, series on television  I grown up while watching them .

Hindu Muslim are the terms given by people to discriminate. At first we all are human being and every human being on this earth has one father ( Almighty God ). I’m happy that you understand what Sanatan Dharma teaches us.

For meditation,

  1. Sit on Comfortable position with back straight ( if possible sit in padmasana )

  2. Take deep breath and hold on for 4 seconds and then release. Focus on the point on forehead ( between the eyebrows where we put tilak )

  3. Think that you are not this body. You r soul. And think about God

I do this and Let’s see what @Virya bhai says

I stated that I am a Muslim to show that we are brothers and sisters . religions teaches us the way of living the life So despite coming from different sections of society and religion we need to understand each other cause we are human  .

Hello Faisal,
Muslims and Hindus have very different paths to God, but at a very high level they become one path.

In my life I knew a family of very good Muslims, they invited me to their home to eat couscous and respected me a lot.

They had beautiful children, their daughter was very beautiful and very kind like their mother.

They never tried to convert me to Islam, and me to sanatan Dharma.

We respect each other.
