Day -3 Completed

The day was good and bad too. I think take things personally and it is one of thing in my personality that I have to change.

• Gotta improve personality - I think overtime it will get better

Didn’t studied that much I think the problem is indiscipline

A lot of urges like a lot yet still managing it. I think I should study then maybe the urges are gone.

Keep it up bro, after crossing the 10 day mark it becomes very controllable. You can also take breaks between each study session by going for walks outside.

No probs, you’re not losing if you keep trying.
For few days you might not feel like studying phy or chem (from my personal experience after relapsing), so you can focus on bio more.
Don’t let this relapse ruin your progress, wish you all the best🔥

I have a mock test coming at sunday. How I mean like I should have controlled myself.

Like it’s so Sad that I am with this shit and my others classmates studying there ass off to get top rank and I am struggling with this thing where I am always losing at the end. It’s disappointing

Ya thats true, but progress is progress, no matter how small. Last 2 tests even I was at 400 level but finally I managed to get a good score with a good NoFap streak as well.
Keep trying and keep learning!

Thanks for the motivation. Hope I gotten it before the relapse even in my first mock test I scored 400+ only and now in my latest mock test its 560 and I cannot believe like I got that much marks. I hope this mock test goes great too.

8 Sleeping Early - 10 Pm

9 No phone after 9 Pm

Today is my mock test (after few hours from now). I am scared because haven’t prepared Chemistry. I want to score higher than my previous mock test. Let’s see what happens . The relapses surprisingly didn’t affect me that much. Hope I get good marks :neutral_face:

Completed my mock test . Its was good overall better that previous one.

Just left 10 question in Chemistry. I think GOC 1 AND GOC 2 are really tough that’s why I solved only 35 question in chemistry. But still not sure that these 35 are exactly correct. I think I need to study more. But now let me wait for the results.
It was the first time in biology amd physics I solved all question. Really proud of me like never expected that one day I will solve both sections in my test

People say that you should solve biology 45 minutes but for me it takes a lot assurance to click an answer and that what consumes my time more.

Physics was really time consuming and really tough. There were question that were consuming 5-10 minutes too nevertheless I completed it with full dedication.

P. S. - I am talking about Neet minor test of mine.
