DAY 1

Today's Wisdom

For the last few days my life is really monotonous, I even stopped skipping and I was relapsing continuously. I had a total of 6 relapses this month and today I have started my journey again. I felt kind of robotic because of the monotonous lifestyle but I have to live with this until my exams.

And I have got memes, just to compensate because I wasn’t active.

Giving an update after such a long time, so actually nothing much gas happened except my practicals, assignmesnt, homework increasing day by day. I have to prepare for my exam on Monday ( Kind of practice paper) but still important. I am still on DAY 1 and will be continuing from that. My productivity is decreased due to stress.

Padhai ki tension main padhai hi nhi ho rhi hai :joy:

I want to say sorry to everybody because these days I have been lazy and not doing the work as efficiently as I could or as I have to, I do only up to the required. Now starting my list again tomorrow.
School has been hectic because it just consumes half of my time in my day.
Now a day I can’t cross a fucking 4-day mark in my streak. It sucks honestly and you know what that guilt factor is so much reducing every day.

So here is my list again.

  3. Chemistry Revision

DAY 0

Relapsed once today, and I am not feeling bad anymore. I don’t feel like doing nofap sometimes but for the sake of my mental and physical health, I come back every time. Anyways another update is that I am having my Chemistry exam on Monday, so preparing for that. A lot of chapters I have to complete, and a lot of things I have to write,these upcoming months are going to be hectic. I have to prepare myself for the upcoming things. I can’t be sitting and relapsing every day. I have to make myself independent from porn. I sometimes feel like if I remove porn that the others problems like MO are solved too. Study time was okayish, will try to study more tomorrow is Sunday and I usually go and play with my friends. Last Sunday we played Carrom Board and literally every child, I mean every child was keenly watching us and they were shouting the queen goes into the corner disc. It was really fun and maybe this Sunday I’ll have to say no because I have to prioritize my exam.

Tomorrow is my exam for Physical Education, thankfully it’s an easy subject and I haven’t studied that much too :joy:. Just 3-4 Chapters but I will give it a read before sleeping.
Just tryna get my schedule back. School has kind of made my life time consuming.
