This challenge is here to bring together heroes — people with the strength and skills to succeed, but who’ve all tried hard, stumbled, and faced setbacks. We’ve failed, lost confidence, lost interest in things, and felt alone. Each of us has dealt with struggles like PMO, but together, we can rise above. We’re here, reaching out to help each other. Let’s join forces and take on this habit and break it once and for all.

Types of Meditations You Can Explore
- Mindfulness Meditation : Focus on your breathing and sensations while being aware of your thoughts and emotions.
- Mantra Meditation : Chant or listen to a mantra or word (e.g., “Om”) to anchor your mind.
- Visualization Meditation: Picture calming or inspiring scenes in your mind.
Body-Centered Meditation: Notice physical sensations in your body, releasing tension as you go. - Contemplative Meditation: Reflect on a question or paradox, keeping your mind focused.
- Movement Meditation: Move mindfully (yoga, walking) while concentrating on your breath or the sensations of each movement.
- Gazing Meditation: Focus on an object (e.g., a candle flame,dot, object) with minimal blinking, allowing your mind to become still.
- Praying Meditation: Combine prayer with mindful focus, and feel more connected to God , connect deeply with the divine, cultivate gratitude, and find inner peace.
You’re free to choose any meditation style that resonates with you during this 7-day journey!
Choose an Avenger
- Be careful to not let your Avenger Heroes down.
- There will be a points system and a Participant List.
- You are responsible for updating your points and NoFap Streak.
- If you relapse one day you lose 100 points.
Rules
- Check-in Daily
- Honesty is key so please update your Points and Nofap Streak everyday
- If you relapse deduct 100 points, but if you relapse more than 3 times you are eliminated.
- Fill out the Participants Leaderboard when signing up.
- Progress is key we are not here to empress we are here to motivate each other.
- If you wish to leave this challenge after 7 days please inform me so that I can take your name off the Participants Leaderboard.
- Deduct the same amount of points if task is not complete. (Ex. You didn’t make your bed subtract 5 points).
- If it is a rest day points are not deducted for exercise. (Ex: Exercise = Rest Day)
Points System for Each Task
- Wake up Early before 8 am = 10 points
- Make up your Bed = 5 points
- Daily Exercises = 15 points
- Meditation (length determines points) = 30 points
- Water (60 fl oz) = 60 points
- Going to bed before 12 am = 10 points.
- No junk/sugary food = 10 Points
- No Relapse = 100 points
