Today I read from one person on Instagram how to abstain correctly. one of the items was dopamine fasting. this implies that it is necessary to exclude all sources of pleasure: fast food, if you like sweets, then it is advisable not to talk from it, from using the Internet and TV. you can write, eat, walk. I decided to try tomorrow. my dopamine fast will last 4 days, so I won’t be here for 4 days. if someone needs it, I attached a photo of how to abstain correctly, but this photo is in Russian.
