I went 4 days 22 hours and relapsed an hour ago.
For me this is a new streak.
I feel stressed and relaxed at the same time.
I think I did because of 2 reasons.

The flatline had begun and I fear the flatline. So i start over
I recently was unable to follow any proper routine. I was not that decent. I did not post anything about my routines. I will post again from tomorrow if I am not out.

Feeling so low and bad right now
You know what to do…
Firstly I wanna say that, it’s a good sign to feel “really” so low and bad after relapsing. Because this is the feeling that is keeping us away from pmo. But sometimes people do not feel bad after relapsing. Or they pretend to feel bad but in the inside they r feeling good. So these feelings are your weapon.
You can not change what happened. You have to focus in future.
Now you have to be very careful so that you do not repeat that again (relapse). This is the most important part. It happened to me so many times that after a long streak when I relapsed I kept relapsing again and again. So BE VERY CAREFUL. Try to stop or lessen using phone, social media, wasting time etc "SIGNIFICANTLY ".
you can write down your current feelings on your diary. Because we literally forget how bad it feels after relapsing.
You can also write the mistakes or wrong steps u made that lead you to relapse. It will help u to protect next streak. U can share it here if u want…
Again reminding do not relapse again…for 2 or 3 days just focus on nofap. Afyer that come to your normal nofap mood. take care, #everyone…
