5am club to follow good habits

Is there anyone interested in forming 5 am club where we will be accountability partners, motivators, friends who encourage others to follow good habits like

  1. Waking up early
  2. Study targets
  3. No PMO
  4. Exercise
  5. Meditation
  6. Reading
    You can add other things you like.

Okay… i like the study part and meditation along with workout.
I will try to wake up at 5AM everyday starting from 2nd of August.
Not now because exams are going on and I need rest of 2 days…
So yeah… I’m in

  3. Study 3hrs everyday(Minimum)
  4. Meditation (5 mins)

  2. Exercise
  3. No social media on my phone(I can use laptop because it is always under the supervision of parents)
  4. Practice singing
  5. No fap

Other habits I will be adding later once I am consistent with these habits

All the best friends. Here are some tips-

  1. Make determination to get up early and when you hear alarm just get out of the bed without giving mind any excuse.
  2. For studying follow techniques like Active recall, Flash cards, pomodoro timer. You can watch Ali Abdals videos on the same.
  3. For no PMO- Use your free time in reading or developing new hobbies. Mind will start fantasizing but try to resist it by visualising your goals, thinking about any topic etc.

I know it’s hard but it is the price we must pay for our goals.

My accountability report for August 1st-

PME (Pranayam, Meditation, Exercise) :x:
No Fap :x:

Summary-

It was 50:50 I studied. But relapsed so was not able to meditate and exercise. Need to work hard tomorrow!

Except waking 5 am. Everything was a success. 80% successful
