Okay… i like the study part and meditation along with workout.
I will try to wake up at 5AM everyday starting from 2nd of August.
Not now because exams are going on and I need rest of 2 days…

Make determination to get up early and when you hear alarm just get out of the bed without giving mind any excuse.
For studying follow techniques like Active recall, Flash cards, pomodoro timer. You can watch Ali Abdals videos on the same.
For no PMO- Use your free time in reading or developing new hobbies. Mind will start fantasizing but try to resist it by visualising your goals, thinking about any topic etc.
I know it’s hard but it is the price we must pay for our goals.
