Today was okay. Had weak urges, but nothing more. No lustful thoughts the whole day.
I wasn’t attacked during the night fortunately (because I prayed to God for protection before sleeping). I listened to the Bible in a year podcast first thing in the morning. Then I prayed and started another day. It went well at work and my coworker was absent, so I didn’t have any struggle.
Back at home I enjoyed some time with my family. Now I’m going to read a few chapters in the Bible and pray before sleeping.

Motivational Scripture
Acts 18:9-11 (KJV) Then spake the Lord to Paul in the night by a vision, Be not afraid, but speak, and hold not thy peace:
For I am with thee, and no man shall set on thee to hurt thee: for I have much people in this city.
And he continued there a year and six months, teaching the word of God among them.

hi my friend could you give me some steps and advice since I just started today
What kind of advice do you need @Zr.salah?
Advice or effective methods to stay away from pornography because I always relapse on day 2 or 3
If you want to stop watching pornography but keep relapsing around day 2 or 3, you’re not alone. A lot of people go through the same thing. The first thing you need to do is understand why you want to quit. Maybe it’s making you feel ashamed, lowering your self-esteem, messing with your focus, or hurting your relationships. Whatever your reason is, write it down and keep it somewhere you’ll see it often — like your phone’s lock screen or a note on your wall. This reminder will help you stay motivated, especially when urges come.
Next, try to notice what usually triggers you. Is it boredom? Being alone? Late at night on your phone? Once you recognize your triggers, you can start breaking the habit loop by doing something else when the urge hits. Instead of watching ■■■■, go for a short walk, do some push-ups, take a cold shower, journal what you’re feeling, or call a friend. It doesn’t need to be complicated — just interrupt the pattern and move your body or focus your mind on something else.
It also helps to make ■■■■ harder to access. Use a site blocker like BlockSite, Cold Turkey, or Freedom to block adult sites on your phone and computer. Turn off incognito mode if you can. Avoid using your phone or laptop alone in bed — that’s when most people relapse. Just adding these little obstacles can help a lot. The more steps between you and ■■■■, the more time you have to stop yourself.
Don’t try to quit forever all at once. That can feel overwhelming. Just tell yourself: “I won’t watch ■■■■ today.” Or even, “I’ll wait 10 minutes before I act on this urge.” Most urges don’t last long, and if you distract yourself for even a few minutes, they usually pass.
To make yourself stronger over time, build a few simple daily habits. In the morning, avoid your phone for 30 minutes after waking up. Move your body every day — even just a walk or stretching helps. Write down your thoughts or talk to God if you pray. These habits help your brain reset and make you more disciplined overall.
It’s also really important not to isolate yourself. ■■■■ is more tempting when you feel alone. If you can, talk to someone you trust. If that’s hard, join an online group like /r/pornfree on Reddit or the NoFap forums. Just reading other people’s stories can remind you that you’re not fighting this alone.
Lastly, don’t just remove ■■■■ — replace it. Fill your time with things that matter to you. Learn a new skill, go to the gym, read, build something, or spend more time with friends and family. When your life feels full and meaningful, the need for ■■■■ starts to fade.
And remember: a relapse doesn’t mean you failed. It just means you slipped, and now you can learn from it. After a relapse, ask yourself: What triggered me? What can I do differently next time? Every slip is a chance to grow stronger.
You’re not weak — you’re learning how to take control. One day at a time. You’ve got this.

Today started well, but I was disappointed by the end of the day.
I had a great night of sleep. I woke up and listened to the Bible in a year podcast. Then I did prayer meditation and I prayed. This way I started the day in peace.
I helped my fatherwith some plumbing work. Then I came back home and read the Bible, and took notes.
After that I went to church. During the Mass, I suddenly had countless intrusive thoughts out of nowhere on people in the church. I didn’t feel any excitement, in the contrary. I had an uncomfortable feeling, a feeling of disappointment growing in because of these thoughts. I asked God to forgive me and help me get rid of these thoughts. I’ve had horrible thoughts on countless people. I could see how dark my heart is. Full of evil.
There’s always a desire to lust hidden somewhere in my heart. Jesus taught that sin is not only committed in the act, but also in the desire to do the act. This shows how impossible it is to get free from this sin by ourselves. It can only be done by the transformation of the heart by God. That’s what we must pray for: for God to transform our hearts by the power of His grace so that we do not have this desire anymore
I just dream of the day where I can have none of these disgusting thoughts, a day where I can look anywhere and not be afraid of commiting lust. I dream of that moment where I can honour God without having any desires for such things.
I will pray to God tonight to take my life in His hands so that He guides me wherever He wants me to go and for a transformation into someone new.

Motivational Scripture
1 Corinthians 1:22-25 (KJV) For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom:
But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumblingblock, and unto the Greeks foolishness;
But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.
Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men.
