Today I fapped. It will affect me in the form of either sleeping or procrastination. Sometimes both.
Don’t fap bro. Each time you have urge write to me & write your feelings in your diary. Fapping will kill your time and energy. Fapping will make your days and years go faster. I couldn’t understand when it has become october. I could do nothing this year. I was ok in January, February & March and I continued to fap since April. I had many bad experience in April & May.

I was suffering from fever sir. I was so weak and so I can’t control my urges. Hereafter I will not do sir.

It was an unproductive day. I wasted time in different social media. At evening, I came into my track again. Thanks God. God is always there with me.
Same here but I had no choice cause I am very sick. I had to choose between staying on bed bored without anything to do with risks of urges or spending time on YouTube watching random videos to keep my brain busy. It was a very unproductive day for me.
But I had energy to do few pushups, pull-ups, and situps and I studied 3 hours

Sometimes I am not able to control just becz of the inner thoughts. - “If you can’t watch, at least fap” . This thought led me fap at mid night.
I think I need to learn NLP again to help me reduce these thoughts.
It was a nice day. I learnt many things today. I practiced a lot of questions. It was a productive day. I am very grateful to myself. I am grateful to my heart and soul. I am grateful to my friends.
