Well , I don’t have any perfect answer to this question. The only thing I can say is that each habit you are doing is significant in its own way.

Just a suggestion, I think you need to reconsider your habit list. Watching Tv shows,I know you like it but just don’t consider it a habits. Only just watch when you complete a set of habit, just for reward purpose and if you can merge some habits together.


I will reconsider it.

I want 21 days NF habit. So We will continue this habit from now.


I slipped up and relapsed after some time. There are many subtle reasons & issues. One of the issue is not doing regular exercise. So I need to plan a routine of regular exercise.

Our PMO habit has destroyed our neurochemistry, biochemistry and physiology. I always feel like an insect is walking on my belly and chest and back. Because of excessive PMO, nervous , sympathetic, para sympathetic system must have been damaged.

I also feel a persistent pain in my back and arms. This pain leads me to the habit. This issue needs to be handled properly or else it will be too late.
All these issues can be addressed by praying God and doing yogic exercises. A strict routine needs to be followed from today.

As I have pain in my back and was suffering from diarrhoea I was unable to write here. I was also busy talking with my family members during this time. I will take only one habit from now on. The habit of doing meditation for 10 minutes only everyday for 22 days. Only one habit for 22 days. After I do it today, I will check in my streaks here everyday for 22 days. Let’s see if I can do it or not.

I was not triggered or I dont know what was the trigger. I think context has been trigger. Or the habit has been more automatic because it’s been 8 years to this habit.
I am pissed off. I have relapsed thrice in 24 hour just now. I went to watch P yesterday because I just wanted. First of all relapsed to see some pics, then after 1 hour I relapsed because of some beautiful p star and then relapsed again in the morning because I wanted to see that P star again. I am feeling moderate pain in my right chest or rib. It feels like there is some stagnant air inside my right chest. When I deep breath, it comes out as a form of burp. I also feel pain and warmth in my arm and back. I am unable to relax. I am feeling restless. I am feeling nervous and anxious. I wasted 50% mobile data today in P. I dont know what will happen next.
Porn is refraining me from learning new things by stealing time, energy, vital fluid, interests, mobile data, money etc
