Woke up at 4:00! The night has been short… I can feel it! But my enthusiasm for this new day of productivity is stronger
I meditated for 1h15… My body didn’t like it at all. He resisted throughout the meditation: falling asleep, very strong desire to stop, to get up and move, jerks of nervousness … That’s very good! It’s because what I’m doing is starting to generate its effects. I train my Spirit to make the Body obey. It’ll rebel over and over, until the day of the final battle As long as I make the Body sit still until the end of my meditation, I move towards regaining control of myself.
Now… It’s time for an intense day of productivity!

Today I feel sad. I look at the world, governments, humanity and what I see leaves me doubtful. I am not sure I can love the world we will all be living in.
