30 days digital detox challenge. Even though it is a personal challenge , feel free to join if u feel u need it.
There is no rigid rules. You set your own rules.
This challenge may extend to 45 , 60 days based on what my future unfolds for me.
There is no point system but you can build a point system for yourself , badges , rewards milestones etc to keep yourself motivated.
Accountability is more important than winning. If u fail , have the guts to say I failed and move on.
Strong is better than weak. But weak is better than a coward.
For people to join this challenge , you make your own rules and hence you must to accountable for it.
So yeah thats it.

1.No video games
2.No YT for entertainment
3. If you are using yt , mention the purpose .
4. Chatgpt allowed
5. Music Allowed
6. This rule is independent of whether I relapsed or not
7. Rewire forum allowed
8. TV Allowed
9. Mention the reason if I failed to do any of these.

Till now successful but I am writing it because of some withdrawal symptoms of not using it.
Just writing it to stay accountable
I want to make a confession. I used yt for 4 hours.
Reason - There are some channels I have subscribed ( Not useful ) , So I had a fomo when I abstained from it.
What action I will take - Unsubcribed all channels and downloaded some sounds to remove thoughts

What about fiction books? Without videos I kinda get addicted to it too. I can read for 5 hours a day easily without watching. Should I cut that too?

As mentioned in first post , you make your own rules man. For me , I find social media distracting so I made my own rules and follow them.
