From tomorrow I wanna create some accountability for phone use; today I’ve been watching boxing technique breakdown videos for more than 4 hours, and I think I could have made a better, more mindful and intentional use of my time instead.

Very little use, visits to museums, connection with old friend and desire to connect more/having the energy to connect through the phone, rather than be sucked in by it
