30 Day Digital Detox Challenge

Ehi people I wanna join as well.
I feel like boredom and unmindfulness is taking the lead.

From tomorrow I wanna create some accountability for phone use; today I’ve been watching boxing technique breakdown videos for more than 4 hours, and I think I could have made a better, more mindful and intentional use of my time instead.

Today I’ve been listening with some degree of intention to some podcasts.
No phone use practically, feeling more present :slight_smile:

Everything was bad for me from challenge pov. No specific excuses. It was totally my fault.

Let me think for a while regarding my participation in this challenge. I will update asap if God permits.

To people who are consistent , keep it up. Keep going. I pray that this challenge will benefit you.

Very little use, visits to museums, connection with old friend and desire to connect more/having the energy to connect through the phone, rather than be sucked in by it
