Iā€™m in the same boat as you brother. Recently Iā€™ve found my motivation and discipline to be lacking. What I found that helped me was to keep my vision of my best self. Focusing on what I want to become. I found this gave me motivation to drive with & helped me focus on my goals. Hope this helps you as it helped me. God bless.

We are connected bro! Day 40 too and you know how bad Iā€™m experiencing this lack of discipline.

The more important is to keep doing. Never giving up! Weā€™re warriors :muscle: We can fall one day, but we never lose on the long term.

Hai brothersā€¦ I am on day 28. Letā€™s do this.
I lack discipline to do the real work. Itā€™s time to put that energy into action.
I need to study ā€¦I need to workoutā€¦ I need to come away from depressive disorder.
From tomorrow everyday I share my work here. I promise that. Help me and Hold me on.
I will be active here now onwards brothers.
As Joshua brother said I will take full responsibility for my actions and choices from now on and work dedicatedly towards my goals and positive desires.
Letā€™s go

@Busyman I suggest you make your own diary, and write your progress there. So more people can follow your journey, and motivate you to push yourself harder.

Okay bro. I will do that.

It took me a long time to work out why it had been so easy and why I hadnā€™t suffered those terrifying withdrawal pangs. The reason is that they donā€™t exist, itā€™s the doubt and uncertainty that creates pangs. The beautiful truth is that itā€™s easy to stop ā– ā– ā– ā– . Itā€™s only indecision and moping that makes it difficult. Even while addicted, users can go for relatively long periods at certain times without it. Itā€™s only when you want it, but canā€™t have it, that you suffer.

Therefore, the key to making it easy is to make stopping certain and final. Not hoping, but knowing youā€™ve kicked it, having made the decision. Never doubt or question it, in fact, just the reverse ā€“ always rejoicing! If you can be certain from the start, itā€™ll be easy. But how can you be certain from the start? Thatā€™s why the rest of the book is necessary.

Thanks for your support brothers. Iā€™m really glad to see the videos helped some of you. Unfortunately I didnā€™t have it in me to continue recording more.

No, brother @AbishekChopin2 was wrong sadly. I donā€™t believe anyone is that busy. The activity diary was a part of my routine, even when I was out with friends, I would make a quick update. No, I relapsed and hid away in shame and frustration.

@anon13059885 Thanks brother. I will read this again and absorb its lesson. This journey really doesnā€™t have to be a battle. There has been so much fear attached over the years, and itā€™s easy to fall back into that fearful pattern again and again. The belief that we will fail as we have in the past is enough to generate the urges that lead us to create the future weā€™ve envisioned. But the same mind that is full of fear can also be filled with love and joy and embrace the freedom we experience every day, to truly believe that we are done and that pornography and masturbation no longer hold any power over us.

@auroraborealisss Yes bro, Iā€™ve read the EasyPeasy book and I urge you to do the same.

When you absorb the teachings without fear, you will truly notice a transformation in your life. For myself, what has held me back is a huge wall of fear I created for myself.

This whole identity that I have tried to quit for many years and nothing has worked permanently, itā€™s a victim mindset that allows me to shed responsibility for taking charge of my life, and gives me permission to relapse again and experience that false pleasure. Itā€™s time for a new identity that serves me instead of imprisoning me.

Truly, there is no reason to relapse after reading that book besides the reasons we give ourselves. It has the tools we need to succeed.

@Busyman Welcome back Deva, long time no see brother! Keep going on your journey to freedom - youā€™re already there!

Welcome back @Special_Bird! Your diary entry really touched me, those thoughts are very familiar to how Iā€™ve felt about myself so many times. Those thoughts are absolute lies bro. Youā€™re a highly intelligent, creative, compassionate and lovable human being. Donā€™t allow that negativity to fester, embrace your good qualities and allow everything else to fall away.

Thank GOD for the journey!
